Fabulous apartment marred by inflexible property manager.

Excellent location and apartment

Acknowledge that the check in time is listed as 4 pm. This is the latest check in time for any property during our 5 week holiday. They were totally inflexible regarding an earlier check in time. Several requests to check in early were immediately declined despite there being no activity at the property.

Clean, spacious, modern apartment in a good location.

Very clean, pretty spacious, walking distance into Bovec, quiet & pretty residential area. Lovely view of mountains including from balcony & main bedroom with some other buildings in foreground. Convenient & spacious parking area right in front of building.

Air con is only in the living area so needed to have bedroom doors open to allow cooler air from common area in. Limited kitchen condiments.

Superb

Super views and a lovely balcony to relax on. Spotless, spacious apartment and had a much appreciated washing machine. Air con worked really well as very hot.

Owners want to preserve the floors (which I can appreciate) so want you to wear provided slippers. Not an issue but something that should have been perhaps stated.

Clean, comfortable and convenient for everything Bovec has to offer

Clean and comfortable with no fuss

Slightly lacking some equipment and basics. For example equipment like oven gloves and scissors. Basics like salt, pepper and cooking oils would have been good. Also I would have liked some information on the recycling and what to do at checkout. The host was never seen and I had to chase them for access details.

Perfect place for two couples or a family to explore the Soca valley

Nice, spacious, well equipped apartment in a good neighbourhood. Centre of Bovec within 5 min, supermarket within 10 min walking distance.

More towels (small & big one per person). Fridge only, no freezer.

Nice enough

Clean, modern apartment. 2 toilets is nice. There is a washing machine but no soap.. Screens on windows is good. Peaceful surroundings.

The mountain view from the balcony was amazing.

The host was extremely friendly and accommodated all of our requests! Apartment was immaculate 10/10

The host was friendly, easy to contact and communicate with. They even let us check in earlier which really helped us on the day! There was some noise coming from other guests, so I messaged the host and they immediately dealt with the problem. 10/10 Would definitely come back here! Thanks again! =D

Surrunding is fantastic, also the apartman itself, clean, new, pleasant, amazing, good equipted.

We could not take the keys a bit earlier, although it would be very good as we went to a rafting tour to pack our bags. Only after we could check in.

Location is perfect, easy parking, good internet. Pictures and real situation are the same. The flat is good, except the 2 topics, which you can read in "what didn't you like" part.

2 sleeping rooms out of 3 have no facility to make darkness on the window (even no shadow option). The double bed has 2 single mattresses inside, which is not the same comfort, than a double mattress.

NIce and modern appartment, great for 5 people

Very nice and modern appartement with a beautiful view of nearby mountains. It is very suitable for 5 people, even 6 can sleep in, but the last on the sofa. 10min walking distance from the absolut city centre. I do recommend staying here.

If there are six of you, you find only five chairs in the kitchen (so the last one sits on the sofa) and as well, one bathroom including toilet is a bit unconfotable. Nevertheless, this is only practiacal inconvenience :)

Hele fijne uitvalsbasis voor activiteiten en uitstapjes in de omgeving.

De accomodatie was schoon, ruim, een eigen parkeerplaats. Een mooi balkon en een goede zithoek. Goed en vriendelijk contact met de host.

Na de 1e keer douchen liep het water in de douche niet weg. We hebben dit gemeld bij de host. Dit is heel snel en netjes opgelost.

Schön gelegene Wohnung mit Schönheitsfehler

Lage ist super. Bequeme Betten , schöne Aussicht

Dusche im Bad mit Schimmel, ziemlich eklig. Küche sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Kein Toaster, kein Gefrierfach, keine Weingläser, wenig Geschirr, daher muss die Spülmaschine oft unnötig angestellt werden.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, auch im Sommer schön kühl und sehr sauber.

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war kaum vorhanden und nicht sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist wirklich etwas mangelhaft. Obwohl schon mehrfach erwähnt, wurde hier auch kaum nachgebessert. Inzwischen gibt es 1(!) Müslischale und 1 Brettchen. Ansonsten ist nach wie vor alles abgezählt und es gibt auch keine Weingläser. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, aber keine Tabs oder Waschmittel.

נקי מאוד, מרווח למדי, מרחק הליכה לאזור החנויות בבובץ, אזור מגורים שקט ויפה. נוף מקסים של הרים, כולל מהמרפסת וחדר השינה הראשי עם כמה מבנים אחרים בחזית. חניה נוחה ומרווחת ממש מול הבניין. מרחק נסיעה לפעילויות טבע שונות (ראפטינג, מסלולי הליכה וכו). יש מרכז קניות יחסית קרוב לדירה

Je m’attendais à mieux mais l’appartement est moderne

Les équipements de cuisine réduits au strict minimum et de piètre qualité ;et toujours cette disposition agaçante consistant à donner les clés à 16h alors même que l’appartement est prêt ;dans le cas présent la femme de ménage a été réactive et nous a donné les clés plus tôt

Das Appartement war schön geräumig und sehr sauber. Alles war relativ neu. Ein bisschen kahl vielleicht, aber sicher pflegeleicht. Die Lage und die Aussicht waren super. Check-in hat einwandfrei geklappt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett.

Die Küchen-Ausstattung war ziemlich spartanisch. Es gab kein Schneidebrett und keine Müslischalen. Teller und Gläser waren abgezählt. Es gibt kein Gefrierfach. Ein Hinweis zur Mülltrennung und -entsorgung wäre gut gewesen.

Het was een uitstekend appartement, al kwam het wat kil over doorvallende het marmer. De uitrusting was compleet, je kon zelf een wasje draaien. Toch kwalificatie uitstekend ondanks kleinevtegenvalller, zie hieronder.

Jammer dat de afzuigkap met daaraan gekoppeld de verlichting het niet deed. Was stuk.

Gastgeber hat "Weg" zum Schlüssel extrem gut dokumentiert :-) gute Lage reichlich Platz, da wir zu Dritt in einem 5-Bett Appartement logierten sehr sauber zweckmäßig und gut eingerichtet haushaltstechnisch alles vorhanden, was man braucht...

Es gibt keinen Aufzug in den 2.Stock...bei schwerem Gepäck und fortgeschrittenem Alter ev. ein Problem
