A felsorolt hiányosságokat mellőzve rendbe volt.

Fürdőszobából folyamatos szenyvízszag áradt, kicsi és a zuhany eléggé penészes, a lakás elképesztően meleg, hiányzik a légkondi. A parkolás nagyon körülményes. Az elhelyezkedés viszont kiváló.
