No Frills Lodging

The location was very good. Also, the free parking was something we wanted, but the parking area was very tight, especially when all 3 spots were being used. The check in process was very easy and communication with the property manager was very good. The wifi was very good.

The bedroom is by itself up very steep wooden stairs and quite dangerous going down to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The bedroom's "A" frame ceiling was confining, and you always had to worry about bumping your head. Also, the duvet covers and pillow covers were textured and scratchy. Very uncomfortable. We couldn't figure out how to regulate the downstairs temperature. It was pre-programmed on some sort of wifi/thermostat unit, so the bathroom was chilly in the morning. The safe in the bedroom didn't work, but the manager was willing to come and fix it, but we didn't want to wait around for that. It would be OK for a group of 20 year-olds, but not for an older couple.

A nice apartment in Bovec

This was a very nice stay in Bovec. We had no issues, and easily found the place and let ourselves in. There's plenty of space for two people, and the balcony is nice and includes a laundry drying rack, a necessity after hiking for 10 days. We did not use the kitchen, so I can't speak to what was included, but there was some coffee, tea, etc in the kitchen. There was no closet per se, but there were hooks and racks to hang coats or clothing.

Only complaint was how firm/hard the bed pillows were, and there's no towel bar or towel heater in the bathroom.

Fantastic base for exploring this beautiful area

Check in was really easy & stress free, I was late arriving and was sent the code for the key safe. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable and spacious and only a 2 minute walk into town. The only views are through the sky lights but they are superb. Would definitely stay here again.

The bedroom is in the roof space so be prepared to bump your head, the stairs are specifically designed for restricted space so are not ideal for anyone with restricted mobility. As the apartment is at the back of the building there isn’t an balcony/outside space which is a shame as the views are stunning, but this is all reflected in the price as the apartment is very reasonable.

Will not rent for a 4 adults stay

We got the surprise of having a full size bed and a twin size beds room…..for 4 adults. One bed was not even set. We had to pull the duvet from one of the other beds. The apartment was spacious with a good kitchen, well equipped.

Nice stay in Bovec but no snow in winter

Nice flat with a lot of room for everyone. Comfortable and full of kitchen stuff. Perfect for families. Nice and helpful staff.

Very nice accomodation in Bovec.

We would recomend this appartement. It has the perfect size for a couple. The equipement is all you need. Adrijana and her husband were always helpful and could give us nice tipps for hikes etc.

Parking slot a little bit narrow (not a huge problem though). Nothing bad we could tell.

The location of the accomodation is very good. The supermarkets and the city centre are close. The view from the room is really pretty. The house has private parking area as well. The accomodation is well equipped and clean. The area is calm and the tourist attractions are close.

The flat is comfortable for 2 adults. But for more adults it can cause problems, since the flat consists of one space, there are no separated rooms. Moreover the couch is small for 2 adults.

Fantastic location, and clean, spacious apartment

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It was incredibly clean and well looked after with good facilities. The location was great, just a few minutes' walk to the town centre, and we really enjoyed the balcony in the evenings.

Parking is very tight. In reality, there is only space for two cars, but there are three apartments here.

This was our favourite place to stay on the whole trip. Lovely large comfortable apartment, clean, large bedroom upstairs. Free parking. Great balcony with mountain views and nice location. Loved it!

The advert says has washing machine but it doesn't. This was okay but we could have done with one. Check in isn't until 4 which is a bit on the later side.

Well located but smelly

The apartment is in a good location and is spacious.

There was a very unpleasant smell of sewage in the whole apartment. The problem was most likely due to the missing trap in the shower. Overnight stay was OK, but I think that the apartment should not be rented out in such a condition.

location close to center of village and very clean

should have been warned that bathroom and bedroom were on separate floors. staircase has reduced rise on first step, easy to slip - my wife broke her toe. We were not advised that there were laundry facilities in the basement. lights on entrance staircase on movement switch - very dangerous

Lovely apartment with an amazing view

The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable and in a great location. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony which was very peaceful and quiet and provided an incredible view. The host was also very friendly and informative and provided us with some local recommendations.
