Nice location

Our appartement was basically a dark basement. Nothing like the photos. Towels were dirty. It was too expensive for what you get. No soap, no cleaning equipment for the kitchen.

bathroom was very, very small and somewhat difficult to maneuver in. was a ground floor apartment with a step down so it was dark and a bit stuffy.

Bovac Apartment

The apartment is super located, is really spacious, was clean and had air conditioning for the lower floor. There is a parking space right by the house.

On hot days, the upper floor gets extremely warm (around 35 degrees). Sleeping is thus difficult. The air conditioner cannot cool this down. A simple fan would already remedy this. Parking is a little tight. No dishwasher.

Lovely

We really loved this place! Its tidy, well-placed, nice, close to the center. We didn't even have to meet Tomaz to get the key, so the arriving is flexible and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, the beds are very comfortable, so we are happy we have chosen this place

The whole place is lovely! The only weird thing was that the toilet light switch is not next to the toilet, it tricked us many times, but anyway we loved it.

There was no salt or sugar, no tea etc. There are pots and plates but do you really have to buy salt everytime you come to new apartment? It is not a problem, but it makes guests feel better about the place if they have these small things ready for them.

Well maintained and perfect location

Everything looks new and the location couldn’t be better, super close to the Center.

Bathroom is quite small, it would’ve been nice to have the toilet paper in a more convenient space. The bedroom is also quite small and the door doesn’t close because it’s blocked by the bed.. this means you wake up at first light, because there are no curtains in the living room. The airconditioner was quite loud and didn’t quite cool the second floor. For us this didn’t really matter because we booked the apartment for just the two of us, but I can imagine that sleeping on that second floor would be uncomfortable. The parking is quite small and it was quite difficult to fit all the cars for the different appartement and still move around comfortably.

Preislich unanangemessene Unterkunft ohne Flair

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und freuten uns, dass wir den Vermieter unverzüglich telefonisch erreichen konnten. Die weitere Konversation fand per WhatsApp unkompliziert statt. Ein weiterer positiver Punkt war die zentrale Lage der Ferienwohnung.

Die Ferienwohnung war ausschließlich zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Gemütlichkeit kam leider nicht auf. Zu dem war beim betreten der Wohnung ein sehr unangenehmer muffiger Geruch wahrzunehmen. Der Alkon, welcher in der Wohnungsbeschreibung besonders erwähnt wurde, lud weder mit Ausblick noch mit Mobiliar zum Verweilen ein. Das Badezimmer mit gerade 2 m² und der nach innen gerichteten Tür war sehr beengt. Für kräftige Menschen garnicht geeignet. Die Dusche war nur mit einer nicht abgewinkelten ääHandbrause ausgestattet, bei der das Wasser nicht auf den Duschenden strahle, sondern im rechten Winkel an die Duschwand. Die Höhenverstellung war defekt. Ungeputzte Fenster, Spinnenweben an den Wänden, verkaufter Wasserkocher... Alles in allem wirkt alles sehr lieblos.

Für mehrer Tage nicht empfehlenswert

Die Lage des Hauses war zentral.

Wir hatten die Wohnung im Keller, der muffige Geruch war nicht gut. Es gab nur ein Fenster, daher konnte auch nicht ausreichend gelüftet werden. Zuerst war der Kontakt zum Gastgeber gut, dann meldete er sich nicht mehr zurück, das finde ich nicht in Ordnung. Ich würde die Wohnung im Keller nicht noch einmal für mehrere Tage bewohnen wollen.
