Good location because everything you need is nearby; bakery, grosery shop, watersport centers, restaurants,...
The whole apartement is ok, but not excelling in any way.
The apartement is located between a lot of other apartements, we could not sleep with open windows because of the noise made by neighbors.
The bed is rather hard, i did not sleep very well on it (that's very personal ofcourse).
It was clean when we entered, but in some places there where some hairs and in some corners there was still some dust and dirt...so nothing dramatical, but just not as good as i would expect at this price.

L emplacement proche du centre ville, la propreté du logement
Appartement situé au rez de chaussé, la fenêtre est au niveau du sol. Nous y sommes restés une nuit et c était parfait. C est un sous sol très bien aménagé. Mais nous aurions eu du mal de rester plusieurs jours dans ce logement

The apartment had everything we needed and was in a great location, it was clean and modern.
The apartment had an upstairs bedroom with a very tight windy staircase so you need to be quite fit to get up and down. The air-conditioning was great downstairs but didn't reach the top beadroom and it was very hot up there. However with a fan and open window it cooled down a bit at night.
