It exceeded our expectations! Everything was fantastic! The apartment was clean, beautiful and cozy and it has everything you could possibly need. The owners are warm, friendly and welcoming people and they did their best to make our vacation perfect. Really impressive hospitality! And they also served wonderful breakfast. Can’t recommend both the place and the people enough. Absolute pleasure!

Magical place, highly recommended!!!

This place is magical!! Hosts are incredibly welcoming and kind <3 Location is perfect, breakfast is 5* phenomenal, just like others mentioned before us - you definitely feel at home. Sabrina and Alessandro were absolutely adorable, kind, answering all our questions and helping in every way possible! We checked out of the room but were able to use the pool even further-flexibility at its highest level. Many hosts should learn hospitality from them! The only issue is that we only spent 3 night here and wish we could have stayed longer!! Will definitely come back to stay at this apartment if in the area! 100% recommended!

We had fantastic stay here. Our hosts S.&A. were very kind and lovely. Offered help and support in every aspect. Good and fresh breakfasts were served. The rooms are well equipped and arranged with a good decoration taste. The kitchen was equipped well with set of coffees to make on your own. Clean and refreshing swimming pool is a great asset.

Very little disadvantage was with outside morning traffic noise and windows open over the night (in double bedroom apartment). If you like to sleep longer like us you just need to keep the windows shut.

Great value and base to search the surrounding area - own transport and GPS essential.

Sabrina waited for me to arrive from Venice by Taxi, let me in, explained the facilities there and that the welcome food and drink were included in the rental fee. Amazing breakfast was available each day. Since I arrived without my own transport, getting around was difficult but Sabrina/Allesandro offered lifts if I needed them and dropped me off at the train station when I travelled back to Venice.

Beds/pillows were a bit firmer than I prefer - but that is personal preference only and I was so tired after working all day I fell asleep regardless.

Relaxing place with nice hosts

Been there in August and stayed a few days. Everything was perfect, nice cosy place, neat and enough space for us. The hosts were really lovely people, had nice chats with them, recommended us places to go to. The pool is perfect to cool down in summer heat, you can park your car on the yard, a supermarket is in walking distance. It is an awesome place to stay!

Just what we needed:)

This was a unique property, located close to my son's baseball tournament. The hosts were very welcoming and even opened their kitchen for delicious breakfast. I liked the fully stocked apartment with snacks and drinks to enjoy. There were toiletries available as well. Located close to historical areas like Aquileia & Palmanova. The pool would be nice if we stayed during summer season.

Viaggi per lavoro ma hai comunque l’impressione di essere in vacanza.

Ho molto apprezzato l’accoglienza calorosa dei proprietari, la piscina ad ossigeno e la meravigliosa colazione con cui mi hanno fatto iniziare la giornata. Ho avuto anche il piacere di inaugurare la nuova colonnina di ricarica per auto elettriche. Approfitto per complimentarmi con la Signora Sabrina per la pazienza e l’allegria con cui affronta le richieste “strampalate” dei suoi ospiti 😁.

Nagyon kényelmes tágas apartman, saját parkolóval. Fantasztikus vendégszeretet. Illatos textíliák, finom és rendkívül széles választékú reggeli,(gluténmentes is) szerettünk itt lenni.Biztosan visszatérünk.

Tökéletes helyen fekszik, minden látnivaló közel van, mégis távol a turisták zajától. A reggeli valami csoda, a háziak aranyosak, segítőkészek. imádtuk azt az efy hetet, amit ott tölzöttünk.

Een en al verwennerij

De gastvrijheid van Sabrina en haar partner was ongekend. Niks was te gek. Een ontbijt waar je U tegen zegt, wat een verwennerij en elke dag wat anders!! Het appartement was super, alles aanwezig en erg schoon!! Meedenkend in evt uitjes en de tip voor de boottocht van Marano naar Lignaro was een topper! Hebben een super dag en dagen gehad bij Siore Marie gli alloggi!!
