A very comfortable and fulfilling stay.

Difficult to locate

Information about location and directions incomplete and confusing even for the Italians asked for directions and ones who put in GPS information provided by host. Was not able to find after 3 hours of attempts. No phone number provided

Il bagno a piano terra non ha doccia e bidet. Eravamo in due famiglie e speravo che entrambi i bagni fossero completi

Чисто, тепло. Прекрасное расположение. Простой check up, быстрое заселение. Вкусный завтрак (кофе, сок, круассан) в красивом кафе с приветливым персоналом, быстрым обслуживанием. Очень рекомендую

Разве что чайник можно было бы, это скорее пожелание-рекомендация, а не замечание

El desayuno era en un establecimiento cercano,consistía en café,un bollo y un zumo.

Hacía frío y el termostato estaba dentro de una caja con llave. Tuve que ir hasta el local del desayuno a buscar sábanas para el sofá, ya que era cama de matrimonio. Ni un lugar donde colgar una toalla en el aseo. Escaleras para subir a las habitaciones. En una callejuela.

Die Unterkunft war aussergewöhnlich und empfehlenswert.

Komplettes kleines Eckhaus mit zwei Etagen.

Waschmaschine und Bad war schon etwas „verranzt“. Wir waren 4 Personen. Ausstattung in der Küche war nicht vollständig. Tassen und Gläser waren nicht für vier Personen vorhanden.

Tolle Lage Sehr geräumig Sauber Freundliche Betreuung Frühstück war ein süßes Gebäck, ein Kaffee und 1 Orangensaft (könnte ein bisschen mehr sein bzw. mit pikante Alternative)

Küche könnte ein bisschen besser ausgestattet sein (haben wir allerdings nicht gebraucht) Keine Nachttischlampen Klimaanlage nur im Stiegenaufgang (dh Türen zu den Schlafzimmern mussten offen bleiben.

Razočaravajuće, osećamo se prevarenim

Ništa, možda kafa koju smo popili u kafeu dok smo čekali info u vezi apartmana.

Dva dana pre nego što smo trebali da prenoćimo u apartmanu koji smo već platili dobili smo poruku od “customer services” da otkažemo prenoćište. Kada smo odbili to da uradimo iz razloga što ne bismo povratili svoj novac, CS je garantovao da će novac vratiti u slučaju našeg otkazivanja. Nakon finalnog odbijanja da otkažemo apartman sa naše strane, CS je rekao da je otkazao prenoćište i da će novac biti vraćen. Nismo dobili nikakvu poruku od stane booking-a o otkazivanju i zato smo se uputili u Udine kako bi preuzeli ključ na osnovu poruke koji smo ujutru dobili o preuzimanju ključa. Ipak, u kafeu koji je naveden na booking-u za preuzimanje ključa nam je rečeno da su gosti veče pre toga uništili apartman (toalet) i da nije za izdavanje. Čekali smo više od pola sata kako bi dobili informaciju o tome da li je apartman osposobljen za izdavanje ili ne, gde smo nakon čekanja dobili negativan odgovor. Novac nam još uvek nije vraćen!!!

Ideale per un soggiorno a Udine

Appartamento comodissimo, in ottima posizione e con un prezzo molto accessibile. Camera ampia e spaziosa, in una zona molto silenziosa, siamo state davvero bene

Non ho capito perché mi è stato mandato un link per fare il check in online per poi fare comunque il controllo documenti nella pasticceria, ma poco male, abbiamo usufruito della colazione inclusa

Altes, typisch italienisches Haus mit eigenem Charme in zentraler Lage

Tolle Lage, sehr zentral gelegen. Sehr nettes Personal, das immer um uns bemüht war. Tolles Frühstück, das im Preis inkludiert war. Übergabe von Schlüssel und Code war vollkommen problemlos. Bei der Küchenausstattung haben sie offentsichlich die Kritik des letzten Besuchers ernst genommen: ausreichend Teller, Besteck und Töpfe zum Kochen. In Summe: ein tolles altes typisch italienisches Haus mit eigenem Charme.

Bei niedrigen Temperaturen war es leider ein bisschen kalt und die Heizung lies sich nicht nach oben regeln. Die Toilette im Untergeschoß war leider defekt.

Fast perfekte Unterkunft

Tolle Lage für Stadtbesichtigung, Cafés, Restaurant und Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe, viel Platz, ausreichend Abstand zu befahrenen Straßen. Gute Ausstattung mit Kühl- Gefrierkombination, Spül- und sogar Waschmaschine, auch ein Kinderbett steht zur Verfügung. Leckeres Frühstück in zugehörigem Café.

Küchenausstattung entgegen der Werbung praktisch Fehlanzeige. 1 Espressomaschine für den Herd, ca. 2-3 Teile von jedem Besteck, 1 (!) Glas, einige Tassen mit Untertassen. Das war es. Keine Teller, Töpfe, Pfannen, Kochbesteck. Wirklich Schade, für 50 - 100€ bei IKEA wäre alles vorhanden, dann könnte man auch gerne eine Woche dort bleiben.
