When it is freezing cold outside, it is a little bit hard to warm up the apartment but, with all the benefits, it didn't affect the overall experience :)

Comfortable appartment in downtown.

Central location downtown. Many bars and restaurants nearby. The spot in the parking facility came in handy.

There was an annoying noise all day behind a locked door from ventilation or heating, that went off only late in the evening. The bed was a tad too small and cracked when you move.

Excellent choice for staying in Udine

The apartment is simply fantastic! And has an ideal location.

The whole procedure of booking (having to photograph passport and a selfie which is going to be stored somewhere for at least three years) is somewhat off-putting, but now apparently the norm. Still don't like that! Obviously, that has nothing specifically to do with this place. Federico and Jessica did everything right and we had no problems (except that getting there our sat-nav directed us an illegal way to the place that may result in a hefty fine).

Zum Übernachten im Zentrum ideal

Die Lage war perfekt - mitten in der Fußgängerzone bei den Lokalen, Großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und Küchenbar, soweit ganz gut. Parkplatz war in der Nähe, Auffahrt zum Parkplatz im 7. Stock war auch kein Problem, schön breit. Parkplatz mit kleinem Auto war ok.

.. allerdings hatten wir Schwierigkeiten, das Parkhaus zu finden und auch den Weg vom Parkhaus zum Appartment. Denn diesen Weg kann man nicht als direkten Weg erkennen, eine Beschreibung wäre vielleicht hilfreich. Auch sollte man wissen, dass man nicht bis zum Haus fahren kann, um eventuell Koffer abzuladen. Der Lift war gewöhnungsbedürftig bzw. abenteuerlich, das Badezimmer war sehr klein und insgesamt war die Wohnung nicht sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und schon etwas abgenutzt und man hatte trotz "Penthouse" auch fast gar keinen Ausblick ins Freie. Aber das ist auch Geschmackssache. Für unseren Zweck hat es gut gepasst.

Vacanze a Udine ❤️

Ci è piaciuta l'ottima posizione della struttura, letteralmente a pochi passi da piazza San Giacomo/piazza Matteotti. Da segnalare che si può accedere all'appartamento direttamente dall'ascensore. Molto comodo, inoltre, il posto auto esclusivo nel parcheggio multipiano vicino alla struttura. L'host Federico è stato molto disponibile e se dovessimo tornare a Udine (che è stata una piacevolissima scoperta!), sicuramente sceglieremmo ancora questa soluzione!

Hervoragende Lage. Perfekte Einweisung zum Parken und zur Schlüßelübergabe. Aufzug direkt ins Appartement. Sehr großzügige Räume. Leise Klimaanlage. Sehr hilfsbereite Hosts und schnelle Reaktion auf Anfragen z.B. nach Restaurant-Tipps. Perfekte Ausstattung. Parkhaus in der Nähe.

Ottimo appartamento spazioso in pieno centro

Appartamento molto bello e spazioso. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e la procedura di check in molto comoda e flessibile. Appartamento pulito e ben arredato. Posizione ottima e, nonostante fosse in pieno centro, non abbiamo sentito nessun rumore e abbiamo dormito bene.

C'era tutto il necessario, farei solo un piccolo suggerimento, sarebbe utile qualche attrezzo in più in cucina.

Sehr schönes Apartment direkt in der Altstadt

Das Apartment liegt direkt in der Altstadt und ist zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Sehr ruhig und geräumig. Kontakt mit Gastgeber per WhatsApp - hat auch sehr gut geklappt.

Stühle und Couch im Wohnzimmer sehr abgenutzt. Es fehlen Garderoben Hacken und im Badezimmer für Handtücher.

Die Wohnung könnte durchaus sehr komfortabel sein, wenn man auch ein wenig Geld dafür aufbringen würde.

Zentral gelegene Lage

Mehr Schein als Sein! Die weißen Bezüge der Stühle sind am zerbröseln. Das versuchte man mit Sitzkissen zu kaschieren, jedoch klebten einem die „Kunstlederteilchen“ an den Beinen und Rücken der dunklen Kleidung. Dadurch musste der Boden auch nach jedem Hinsetzen aufgekehrt werden. Ebenso erging es uns bei den Sofas, schadhafte Bezugsstellen versuchte man mit Kissen zu verdecken. Eigentlich gehören diese Möbelstücke alle auf den Sperrmüll. Ein geflicktes bzw. löchriges Leintuch sollte auch nicht zur Ausstattung gehören. Weiters fanden wir in der Küche einen ungereinigten Herd bzw. verklebtes Ofenblech vor. Ein Toaster bzw. ein Brotschneidebrett sollte eigentlich auch zur Minimumaustattung einer Wohnung gehören. Als Schneideunterlage stand lediglich ein Käsebrett mit kleinen Messern zur Verfügung, welches aber bereits in der Mitte gebrochen war. Der vorhandene Geschirrspüler konnte in Ermangelung von ausreichendem Geschirr (sag eher nach übrig geblieben Reststücken aus) nicht klimaschonend genutzt werden. Die Heizung erfolgte über die Klimaanlage, wo wir nach einigen Stunden des Aufenthaltes mit Halsschmerzen reagierten, was auf eine mangelhafte bzw. Nicht-Wartung hindeutet.
