Apartment was good and a good location.

Check-in was weird: you have to check yourself in using a platform and upload a selfie with your ID. Bed was very squeaky. I booked the parking space for 2 nights (€20.- per day, so € 40.- in total). When I came to the apartment, there was a receipt for Local Tax (€ 8) and 1 day of parking (€ 20.-). The host wrote me to leave € 40.- for parking and the Local Tax (€ 8) in the aparment when leaving, which I did. A few hours later the host accuses me of not leaving enough money, and not holding up the contract. Because of the wrong-receipt-situation I was already suspicious, so I documented leaving the money inside and leaving. I told this to the host, and then the host blamed it on a "misunderstanding" with the cleaning staff and didn't even apologize for accusing me. Would not recommend this place.

Posizione molto vicina al centro e facile da raggiungere. Locale ampio e pulito, letto comodo e camera trnaquilla.

Mancanza di un parcheggio semplice in strada, mancanza di amenities: i contenitori di shampoo e bagnoschiuma erano presenti ma vuoti.

Molto piacevole

L’appartamento era più grande di quanto ci aspettassimo, molto ordinato, pulito e accogliente. Al nostro arrivo, non abbiamo trovato una moka o una macchinetta del caffè, quindi abbiamo avvisato la struttura, che è immediatamente intervenuta, portandoci la moka e anche un po’ di caffè.

Il box doccia è un po’ troppo piccolo.

LA GHIACCIAIA

Posizione comoda

Entrati in casa c’erano 17 gradi. I termi erano freddi. L’acqua calda è durata due minuti, non abbiamo potuto concludere la doccia. Abbiamo chiamato la host, che ci ha fatto uscire in terrazza per controllare la caldaia. Sembrava sistemata (la caldaia non era in blocco) abbiamo dormito al freddo, il mattino seguente c’erano 15 gradi, sembrava una ghiacciaia.

Boravak je bio ugodan, lokacija je odlična, ali vrijedost za novac je loša.

Objekt je smješten na odličnoj lokaciji i sve se može odrađivati bez korištenja automobila.

Nadoplata od 20 eura za 2-3 sata ranije check-in. Apartman su mogli biti sadržajniji glede uređenja (tepih, stolić,..).

Die Lage zur Altstadt ist sehr gut

Die Duschkabine ist SEHR klein. Das Bad ist ziemlich veraltet In den InnenhofParkplatz kommt man nur sehr schwer -> Tor ist schmal, gegenüber ein Parkplatz der es fast nicht ermöglicht gerade einzufahren. 20€/pro Nacht ist dafür sehr teuer.

schönes Apartment, leider B&B, Wohnproblematik für Udinesen!!!!!

Wunderbare Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar, da es Wochenende war, war es sehr ruhig, sauber, großzügig, praktisch

das Einchecken war etwas umständlich, Parkmöglichkeit hätte es gegeben, da es aber Wochenende war, parkten wir direkt vor dem Haus auf der Straße, scheinbar ist das ganze Haus ein B&B, wir dachten, es wäre ein Hotel. Schade, dass dadurch der Wohnbevölkerung wertvoller Wohnraum "gestohlen" wird

Die Lage ist perfekt und das Apartment sehr groß. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Die Dusche ist sehr eng und der Vorab Check-Inn ziemlich umständlich.

Appartamento piuttosto comodo Molto deludente, tuttavia, la fornitura della cucina: due padelle non adatte alla piastra a induzione, assenza di carta uso cucina, tovaglioli di carta, coltello da cucina (con i coltelli Ikea in dotazione è difficile tagliare persino il pane), piano di appoggio ( in sala da pranzo è presente un tavolo di vetro che, in mancanza di un tagliere o di poggia pentola e' inadatto per la preparazione dei cibi), cavatappi rotto Non era chiaro se il parcheggio fosse incluso nel.prezzo o se si dovesse pagare un supplemento di 20€, ( come pure per un eventuale animale) per fortuna non ne ho avuto bisogno, ma sarebbe meglio esplicitare chiaramente i costi Cuscini molto alti e durissimi, per qualcuno possono andare bene, ma sarebbe meglio offrire anche un'alternativa
