Nice place but need some improvements!
Spacious. Nice location in the center of the old town of Udine. Complete facility.
The indoor balcony was dirty. Otherwise it is a very nice place. The water in the pot, also in the balcony is the breeding place for the mosquito. This is also why i didnt open the back door as many mosquito enter the apartment. Otherwise it was nice to have fresh air flowing from the interior of the building. Strange procedure (and slow) when entering the apartment for the first time. They gave only one set of keys, so if one person need to get out, this person has to ring the bell from outside. However it was not obvious which button should i press and how to ring the correct apartment. S o the owner shoufl either provide at least double set of keys or inform complete information of how to ring the bell to the house, such that the person inside can open the door.

Was fine but I have had better in Udine at same price range.
The white living room furniture was dirty with stains. Only one shower towel was provided for a three week stay. There were no cloth towels or paper towels for the kitchen.
