Wonderful stay with great comfort in a historical building

The apartment is wonderful - everything is new and spotless. The bathroom and kitchen were fully equipped and perfect. The terrace with its beautiful view and the sauna were an amazing bonus. The location is superb, only a few steps from the main square.

It would have been better if the heating had been turned on before we arrived, so the temperature would be more comfortable.

Charming historic and cosy apartment

Perfect and comfortable accommodation just a one-minute walk from Palmanova’s central square, yet incredibly peaceful and quiet. The apartment features beautifully restored historical wooden and metal details that give it a warm, homely atmosphere—far beyond a typical rental stay. Everything is impeccably clean, well-maintained, and fully functional. The spacious terrace is the true highlight of the property. Surrounded by plants, with a lovely view and calming natural sounds, it offers a cozy and relaxing outdoor space that’s hard to leave.

The apartment includes a nice Jacuzzi shower cabin. However, I would appreciate having some kind of user manual to better understand how to maintain it properly.

Spettacolare

L'appartamento sorge nel cuore di Palmanova. Ampio e spazioso, estremamente pulito e ben organizzato. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte ma ci siamo sentiti a casa. La struttura dispone di un parcheggio interno alla corte in piena sicurezza. Riccardo è un padrone di casa gentile e disponibile. Ci torneremo e lo consigliamo.

Het heeft een heerlijk balkon en ligt centraal in Palmanova.

Er is een kleine sauna maar geen jacuzzi of hot tub zoals wel vermeld. Wij hebben er naar gezocht maar niet gevonden.

Świetne miejsce na pobyt i jako baza wypadowa po okolicy!

To super miejsce! Pięknie, oryginalnie urządzone, wygodne mieszkanie z dużym tarasem, w zabytkowej kamienicy. Bardzo czysto, łóżka wygodne, ze świeżutką pościelą, duże ręczniki, które przydają się gdy chcesz skorzystać z sauny. Sauna na tarasie to ogromny atut tego mieszkania, zwłaszcza jesienią! Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny, przywitał nas, wszystko wytłumaczył, pokazał wygodne miejsce parkingowe na wewnętrznym dziedzińcu. To był świetny pobyt, dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy! :-)

Nie mam żadnych uwag. Wszystko było idealnie! :-) Wejście do mieszkania jest po schodach na drugie piętro, więc może to być kłopotliwe dla osób z ograniczeniami ruchu. Dla nas nie było to problemem.

Прямо в центре города в старом доме. Ремонт хороший.

В сауне мало камней на печке. Если подлить воду, то она не успевает испариться и попадает на Тены. После этого сауна выключается из-за короткого замыкания.

Splendido soggiorno a Palmanova

Palmanova è un buon baricentro per visitare comodamente tutto il Friuli Venezia Giulia; è una cittadina ospitale e tranquilla, dove è piacevole tornare dopo una giornata di turismo appassionato. Riccardo è una persona eccezionale, e di conseguenza un host eccezionale; proattivo e generoso, sempre a disposizione, risolve eventuali disguidi immediatamente, una certezza per me e la mia famiglia (3 bambini). L'abitazione ha superato le nostre aspettative, pensata come casa da vivere, vi si trova ogni cosa venga in mente, tutto perfettamente funzionante e di qualità, comoda all'interno e dotata di una meravigliosa terrazza (da noi usata per colazione e cena) che aggiunge ulteriore relax e benessere al soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente Palmanova, consiglio Riccardo e la sua Petite Maison Wellness!

Palmanova!

Podobała mi się lokalizacja, która charakteryzowała się dobrym usytuowaniem. Apartament jest przestronny, posiada duży taras, który w warunkach włoskich jest naprawdę super! Bardzo sympatyczna sprawa to możliwość zaparkowania auta na prywatnym, wewnętrznym dziedzińcu, na który jest widok z tarasu. Okolica przyjemna i spokojna.

Apartament był nieprzygotowany na przyjęcie gości. Poza dobrze przygotowanymi i posłanymi łóżkami, był nieposprzątany po ostatnich gościach. Co więcej, taras i wiele miejsc było bardzo zaniedbanych i brudnych, szczególnie podłoga, ale także miejsca sanitarne, kuchnia lodówka w środku. Szkoda, bo na tym dużo traci.

Ein entspannter Aufenthalt in zentraler, ruhiger Lage mit tollem Komfort und netten Extras wie Sauna und Parkplatz.

Die Unterkunft hat uns rundum begeistert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der private Parkplatz, der die Anreise sehr unkompliziert machte. Die ruhige Lage war perfekt zum Entspannen und dennoch war alles Wichtige zentral und schnell erreichbar – eine ideale Kombination. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und super freundlich. Ein echtes Highlight war die gemütliche Terrasse mit Sauna, die wir am Abend sehr genossen haben. Insgesamt eine top ausgestattete Unterkunft mit viel Charme und Liebe zum Detail.
