second time here :) Excellent location : near the highway, very nice and friendly people, very good (and decent price) restaurant - better to book on advance .....and the wines, ohh, the wines, what a delight :) room is nice, large, warm, comfortable, clean, large bathroom, comfortable beds very good breakfast , with local pastry parking, wifi will definitely come back

Beautiful place with great breakfast!

We were hoping for a good wine and food experience, but the restaurant was closed for the entire stay, and the place seemed in holiday mode with few guests and we did not get the wine tasting. Busy road on one side and train tracks on the other, so would choose another place next time as you had to drive for everything.

Great place to visit Palmanova and Friuli

Room although simple, but very clean and spacious. Parking without any problem, big garden with playground. Very close to Palmanova and A4 motorway. But absolutely best was very good breakfast with lot of different products (including cheese, ham, vegetables and fresh fruits and homemade cakes) and fine restaurant to have very good dinner as well as glass of local wine. Highly recommended

Perfect getaway

It was the second time we visited Mulino. The place and zone are beautiful. This time the restaurant was closed but they recommended restaurants close by. And of course we took some bottles of their wine home.

Exceeded Our Expectations - A Great Italian Experience

Wonderfully clean, decorated, and spacious accommodation Staff were friendly and helpful (family-owned care in the works) Restaurant, with outside seating, great service and tasty dishes from the farm, was fantastic and popular with local residents - we loved being part of the experience. Clean well prepared and lovely accommodation

The location of the hotel is very good. We stopped for one night 4 of us, the room was very clean, fully equipped and cold before we arrived (in +35 it was lifesaving). The breakfast was delicious with lot of different food variations. The best part is the huge garden with playground for kids. We love it and definitely will stay here more next time.

Breakfast was amazing- we asked for the recipes of the cakes served. Dinner in the restaurant also. We spent one night here in transfer. Liked the wine so much we did a detour on the way back home to get more bottles. The park is very nice for children and staff is welcoming and hlepful.

Cheap and amazing wine, comfortable room

Wine yard is cool, the wine is amazing and cheap. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was large and clean.

Our room was next to the restaurant and it was very noisy. Restaurant guests were making a lot of noise and it sounded like there was a party. This was still going on after midnight, so make sure to bring earplugs.

Very cozy, clean, stylish place, great fun with the lovely garden restaurant. Amazing food at excellent value. Very nice local Italian peole for dinner. Fantastic atmosphere!
