Great place

Great for a one night stay but in the middle of nowhere

Spacious apartment with lots of equipment, parking available directly in front of the property free of charge. Remote check-in is great, you can come whenever you like.

There was a tiny lack in cleanliness (dirty cutlery). Breakfast included is very basic but in terms of all remote access it is acceptable.

Everything was perfect.

We haven’t stayed in due to broken heating boiler on the day of our arrival, but owner called us and went above and beyond and arranged a new apartment not far from the place his was. In the end it was very good.

Great place, excelent host

The location is great, in a lovely small Italian town. The self check-in worked perfectly. The host offered all the information on how to access the key and the process is quite easy. The communication with the host was great, available for questions and at our request, offered us an extra fan, as the apartment does not have air conditioning. The apartment is big, there is a lot of space and offeres everything that you need for your stay, it has access to a lovely yard where you can relax or your dog can enjoy the outdoors. Our dog was welcomed in the premises. Close to the apartment there is a park and for a great coffee or an excelent panini, I recommend going to Longobardi - bar&trattoria. For us is was the second stay here, and for sure we will come again.

The only thing that I think can be impreoved is the air conditioning for the summer time. The apartment has a ceileing fan in the livingroom and the bedroom also, but for people that prefer more cold, with air conditioning would be perfect.

Great place, confortable, clean, big space available

The owners are incredibly helpful, I appreciated especially the fact that they offered to help with any additional information I asked. Flexible check-in and check-out hours. Traveled with 2 puppies. They have a garden where they were able to walk and run, and the rooms are fitted also for pets. The location is great, easy to find. The rooms are big, clean, home-feel like. Great value for the money, I recommend it with all my heart to anyone - from single travelers to families. Thank you so much for everything!

Cum este aranjat apartamentul, chiar dacă este la parter, are o terasă drăguță.

Fiind temperaturi scăzute a fost nevoie de încălzirea locului de cazare. Acest lucru nu este posibil, încălzirea centrală nefuncționând, deși există aparat de pornire/reglare a acesteia, iar aparat de aer condiționat există doar unul și acela în living, bineînțeles nefăcând față în întreaga locație, gazda fiind disponibilă și transmițându-ne să ul folosim.

Άνετη διαμονή σε ένα καλλιτεχνικά σχεδιασμένο σπίτι.

Μεγάλο και άνετο σπίτι, με πολύ ωραία βεράντα, την οποία, δυστυχώς, δεν είχαμε τον χρόνο να την απολαύσουμε. Καλό πρωινό, πολύ καλός καφές. Άνετα υπνοδωμάτια, μεγάλο μπάνιο, πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, όμορφο σαλονάκι. WiFi πολύ καλό, νερό πόσιμο, αλλά αυτό που μας έκανε εντύπωση είναι η πολύ όμορφη διακόσμηση του σπιτιού. Σίγουρα υπάρχει καλλιτεχνική φλέβα. Ο οικοδεσπότης απαντάει αμέσως στα μηνύματά μας και είναι πολύ φιλικός. Γενικά μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από την διαμονή μας στο A Casa Mia και σίγουρα το προτείνουμε σαν μια πολύ καλή επιλογή.

Το ότι μείναμε λίγο καιρό, σίγουρα αξίζει λίγο χρόνο παραπάνω.

Egy régi ház, szépen felújítva. Pont olyan mint a képeken. Parkoló a ház előtt. A reggeli előre csomagolt kétszersült, lekvár, vaj, gyümölcslé. A házigazdával nem találkoztunk, de semmi gond nem volt a szállással és a kulcs átvételével.

Todo impecable absolutamente limpio una linda terraza, muy cómodo en primer piso estacionamiento justo al frente, camas cómodas y todo lo necesario Un pueblo acogedor con una carnicería y supermercado al lado Cristina la host encantadora. Excelente opción para alojar fuera de Venecia y conocer la zona de Udine y Trieste adicionalmente

Esperábamos otra cosa

Buena ubicación para hacer una parada en el camino. Muy limpio.

La reserva ponía que incluía el desayuno, lo cual es un tanto engañoso ya que el "desayuno" eran 4 cápsulas de café para meter en una máquina (sin tener en cuenta que los niños de 7 y 9 años no toman café), 4 cruasanes de bolsa y 4 zumos de brik. En la cocina haría falta un microondas. La dueña nos recibió a toda prisa, hubiéramos agradecido una recepción más pausada. El piso estaba plagado de mosquitos y cuando llegamos los 2 aparatos antimosquitos UV que había en la casa estaban desenchufados, si bien tampoco cumplieron su función al conectarlos y los mosquitos nos molestaron hasta que enchufamos nuestros propios aparatos de pastilla. En una de las habitaciones la TV estaba desenchufada y desprogramada, y no se podía ver nada. Hacía mucho calor y en una de las habitaciones solo había un ventilador de techo que era demasiado potente y ruidoso como para dormir con él conectado.
