Citycentre apartment in medieval town with street night life

Central location in the historical centre of town. Walking distance to parking area. Cafe capsules. Tea bags. Large living room. Washing machine. Air conditioner. Basement storage room for bikes. Very good Wifi connection (1Gbps)

Local night life was going on for hours after.midnight. People were talking loudly and the apartment on the first floor looking to Square Christoforo. When people went home, all the bars started.to get rid of the glass bottles and threw them into containers around 3am. The breaking glasses made horrible noise. Not able to sleep. The bed in the bedroom was creaking. If you enjoy night life until 3am then this might be ok (it is apartment No 2). If you need relaxation from 10pm, then it is not your type.of accomodation )ask for apartment No 1 instead, which overlooks the other side of the bulding, quiet area).

Thank you for a great stay!

We were here for just one night and we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The host is present exactly when needed by sending all the necessary information even before we'd asked! The skill of anticipation makes a good host a great one! :) The flat is renovated to a great finish and design. Generous toiletries and coffee and tea. Very clean. The location is very central and it comes with the expected night life outside but the windows are very good quality, with mosquito nets, light/sun blocking screens and noise insulation. I hope we get a chance to come back soon. Also, if you like vinyls - Wizard Di Goran Boncina Udine is the place to visit near the flat (among many other lovely shops and restaurants!)

Perfect!

Apartment was very nice and clean. Location is perfect! Annamaria was really helpful and kind. We enjoyned the stay. Udine is a beautiful city!

Avoid. Pick something else. Host was rude.

Prepare yourself for: The host just abandoning you when you can't find the parking and driving around like a madman. They were incredibly rude. INCREDIBLY LOUD street noises - there is no soudproofing AT ALL. We were kept awake until 5 am. The couch was very uncomfortable, if you really must pick this one, 2 travellers max.

Good for families, inside the center but be cautions about heating and noise

The residence is situated inside the center of the town and everything was in walking distance. The house is clean and the hostess is super polite, helpful and kind The house is spacey an can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.

1)The heating. The hostess informed us that the place has a central heating schedule that cannot be changed (due to country regulations !!!!!) despite the fact that the room is equipped with a wireless thermostat that can change the temperature. Unfortunately there was a PIN to use it and she did not want to share it. The max temperature was 21 (most of the day was 20) that because of the weather felt lower. The temperature after 21:00 went down to 18 and so the house was cold.. We had little children and it was very difficult to walk inside the house with so low temperature. The good thing is that the hostess tried to increase the temperature during the day to exceptable levels. 2)The house is old and an innovation has been carried out but I think that it needs some more try especially to the bathroom 3)Due to his position during weekends there is a considerable noise due to people shouting a singing outside.

Very good

It's a nicely decorated apartment right in the city centre, in the pedestrian zone. The communication with the owners was pleasant and quick. They suggested an underground garage to park in (it's 70 cents per hour), and they were very helpful organising an additional bed for one of our children. There's a hairdryer and a washing machine in the bathroom and also a coffee machine in the kitchen.

The temperature in the apartment was, as per energy saving measures, set to 20 degrees which I personally found too cold. Although I accept that's the temperature in all of the spaces in Italy now, it made the stay quite unpleasant. The additional bed we got for our kid was unfortunately broken, but he was completely fine sleeping on the mattress. I'm sure the owners would've found another solution had we complained. The springs of the double bed were very loud whenever we turned in our sleep, and all of our three kids are light sleepers, so we found that an issue, it might not at all be a problem for others.

Excellent for Udine Center!

The property is very centric, and very well maintained and cleaned. Optimal

we had no hot water both days, but probable is temporary and as we arrived and returned very late at night I didn’t contact the host to find a solution.

Very nice apartment

Big, comfy, newly renovated apartments with all amenities you need for the longer stay. Washing machine, refrigerator, everything for cooking. Situated in the city center, nice surrounding, near relatively cheap garage parking in piazza primo magio. Very helpful host.

Little bit hard mattresses, but it’s by my opinion. Loudly outside, but it could be solved by closing windows and turning on the air conditioner. Hard to open tap in the bathroom, leaking rain shower.

Great secure property centrally located

Spacious, clean, and centrally located to downtown square of Udine

Parking and paying the meter was a little tricky at times. The AC was a bit too cold for my son, so opened windows, but was too loud at night for him to sleep. In all fairness the futbol finals were happening, so that added to the noise at the bars.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das öffentliche Parkhaus ist um die Ecke. Das Appartement ist modern und sauber.

Es hat keinen Parkplatz obwohl das Parkplatz Zeichen in der Beschreibung steht. Die Badezimmer Tür ist kaputt und kann nicht abgeschlossen werden. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist sehr unbequem. Geht nur für Kinder. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer quietscht extrem laut. Die Bettdecke im Wohnzimmer ist total zerrissen am Ende und verformt. Sehr schlechte Qualität.

Una piacevolissima scoperta

La struttura è in una posizione perfetta sia per la visita della città di Udine che come base d'appoggio per la visita del territorio circostante in quanto si trova a pochi minuti da un'ampia zona di sosta. Quello che fa però la differenza è la gentilezza e la cura dei dettagli della padrona di casa che ci ha riempito di consigli utilissimi e attenzioni! Consigliatissimo per soggiorni in famiglia.

Bardzo fajne miejsce na szybki pobyt na kilka dni. Duży plus za osobną sypialnię i wodę w lodówce. Wygodne wejście kodem do klatki i do apartamentu, z bardzo dokładnym opisem od właściciela, jak trafić na miejsce. Duży plus za wskazanie sprawdzonych miejsc na kolację i poranną kawę.

My akurat trafiliśmy na awarię klimatyzatora w salonie i było dosć duszno. Poza tym wszystko OK.

Szállás Udine belvárosában

Felújított lakás Udine belvárosában, nagyon közel a főbb látnivalókhoz és a mélygarázshoz. A szállás mérete megfelelő egy négy fős családnak és a kanapéágy is kényelmes volt. A szállásadó rendszeresen kommunikált velünk, a kapcsolattartás példás! Külön köszönet az étterem ajánlásokért. A szállást inkább olyanoknak ajánlom, akik szeretik a nyüzsgést, a bárokat és kávézókat.

Mivel közel van a központhoz és a házzal szemben egy templom és egy bár található ezért kicsit zajos. Mi egy áprilisi csütörtök estét töltöttünk itt de hajnali kettőig elég nagy élet volt az utcán.
