Good location, not recommended for summer

Good location, easy to access apartment. Good communication. Parking is also a plus.

Not recommended for summer stay. Air condition is not included, which should be okay, because it is correctly stated in the description, but the apartment is on the fourth floor and it is extremly hot. Only one ventillator is avaliable for the two bedrooms, it would be great to add one more. There is a strange smell near the entry. In the bathroom and one of the rooms have mold in it.

Perfect location, clean and lovely space.

The location was perfect, beautiful neighborhood. The apartment was easy to find and communication with the owner was easy.

The second bedroom wasn’t actually a bedroom but part of the living room. The terrace wasn’t anything more than a tiny space with the laundry.

The apartment had modern decor and safe parking in a garage. It was located on a quiet street with a small shop at the end of the street.

The apartment is located down a one-way alley, and the signs are really hard to locate. Once you finally get to the apartment after back and forth messages that seemed to be slow and unclear, the place is small, has no sitting areas except 2 chairs in the kitchen, and no air flow. This means that the living room was turned into another bedroom but left nothing else. The kitchen is really badly stocked, there is no air conditioning the beds, pillows and linens desperately need to be replaced, and the shower floods. To clarify, the kitchen has 2 of everything, for an apartment that sleeps 4 and not a single knife to cut bread or vegetables. It was the worst place we stayed in after 1 month in Italy.I'm super disappointed because it was also the most expensive. It is clear that it was made to look nicer in the photos, but the quality is absolutely appalling.

the bathroom shower was terrible. All water was going into all the bathroom when taking shower. it is a disaster, you literally can not take a normal shower without flooding the bathroom and apartment/ neighbors . cleaning needs to be improved

Excellent location!

Excellent location! Very quiet in the heart of the old town. Everything is walkable distance. There is a lift in the building which in our case was a massive bonus. The owners were very nice and helpful, too.

Es war klasse, dass wir in Abstimmung mit dem Vermieter bereits etwas früher in die Wohnung konnten.

Die Garage konnte nicht verschlossen werden, das war nicht optimal, aber auch lösbar.

Lokalita, priestor, dostupnosť, pripravené nápoje v chladničke po dlhej ceste. Priestranný apartmán, čistý. Všetko potrebné k dispozícii. Všetko fungovalo. Milí susedia-domaci. Parkovanie perfektné aj pre naše väčšie auto.

Nem volt rendes világítás, kellemetlen szag volt a szálláson, az ágynemű és a törölközők is kellemetlen szagúak voltak.Nem volt túl tiszta az apartman, a konyhában is minden ragadt .

Sehr entspannte Stadt und nette Wohnung

Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die extrem ruhige zentrale Lage, die Wohnung ist großzügig und die Matratzen sind sehr gut. Der Ausblick aus dem 4.Stock (in einem ca 60ger Jahre Bau mit lustigen Lift) über die Stadt bis zu den Bergen wunderschön. Mit unserem VW Bus T5 über 2 Meter Höhe war es zwar nicht möglich, die Garage zu nutzen ( das Garagentor ist 2,05 m hoch, die Garage selber aber innen höher und echt groß). Aber im Innenhof werden jeden Morgen inkl Sonntags viele Stellplätze frei. Dies kann man von der Wohnung aus von oben sehr gut beobachten. Wir standen die erste Nacht draußen an der Straße für ein paar Euro Parkgebühr ( sonntags aber frei). Der Vermieter hatte uns auch netterweise eine kostenfreie andere Notlösung angeboten, die wir dann aber nicht genutzt haben.

Es fehlten uns ein paar alltägliche Ausstattungsdetails in Küche und Bad ( wurde bereits kommuniziert). Wenn diese noch nachgerüstet werden, kann man sich sehr wohl fühlen.
