A cozy apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the 4th floor (no elevator) of a charming building in the heart of Udine, just a 5-minute walk from the Castle.

In fact, from the rooftop terrace, you can admire the Castle Hill with its romantic angel, while on the other side you can look out over the city’s historic irrigation canal

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and is the ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful city of Udine on foot.



The 60-square-meter apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator, so you’ll need to climb the stairs to reach it.



Please note: there are internal stairs that divide the apartment into two levels. This accommodations are NOT suitable for children under 12 years of age.

You must step up one step to enter the shower.



The interior is laid out as follows:

- KITCHEN with electric stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, Ariete coffee maker, and kitchen utensils;

- LIVING ROOM with dining area, double sofa bed, split AC, and TV;



SLEEPING AREA



- BEDROOM with double bed, clothes rack, washer-dryer, and split AC;

- BATHROOM with toilet, handheld showerhead, and shower stall;

- 16-square-meter rooftop terrace.



Additional amenities available to guests: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer.



Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.



All guests must present valid identification upon arrival, as required by Italian law.

Please note that check-ins after the specified time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.

- From Friuli Venezia Giulia – Ronchi Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Trieste Aeroporto Station (just over a 10-minute walk from the airport) to Udine Station, from where you can continue on foot (18 minutes) or by bus (12 minutes) to the apartment.



- From Udine Station, you can reach the apartment via bus lines 1, 2, or 3, getting off at the UDINE viale della Vittoria stop (across from 12b), a 4-minute walk from the property.
