Large apartment with nice views.
Very spacious apartment with a nice balcony. Very comfortable and perfect for two people.
Communication was difficult at times being an English speaker, but nothing that wasn’t overcome with the right people.

The decor and the furnishings were great! Loved the two balconies! The location was very close to all the cool things to do in Udine!
I thought there would be dish soap and enough toilet paper and dish towels for the stay. We didn’t want to run the dishwasher for the few dishes we used.

Nice, clean, spacious option to stay in Udine
The property is very spacious, clean and has a nice kitchen and a balcony with a view. The furniture is late 20th century style, but in very good shape. The center of town is within walking distance. Car can be parked in the street outside the building. We felt very comfortable and would come again.
The 25 EUR surplus policy for late-check-in after 21:00, which was strictly enforced by the agent. The policy was clearly communicated beforehand and did not come as a surprise, so OK from that end - but still annoying when arriving at 21:20 after having been delayed by massive traffic jams on the motorway.

Die Wohnung war sehr kalt, offensichtlich länger nicht geheizt. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, früh um 07:30 ging laute Musik in einer Nachbarwohnung an. Man hört alles, weinende Babys, auch normale Gespräche sind laut zu hören. Es war oberflächlich sauber, genauer sollte man nicht schauen...
