Just ideal for our lovely stay in Udine

Spacious and ideally located for the centre and exploring

Internet (WiFi access) was not working and was not the details that we were provided with in the information (different hub name and no idea of password - password on Hub did not work)

Cosy apartment in a quiet residential area

The apartment was very cosy. It featured beautiful flooring and a well equipped kitchen. The check-in process was contactless and well organized. The host was supportive, communicated in English, and was easy to reach. There was a free street parking right in front of the building. The apartment is conveniently located close to the city center (15 min walk). I would definitely love to return.

The second bed (couch) was quite old, was making scrooping sounds and was not particularly comfortable.

A great apartment, aesthetically furnished and functional. Quiet and safe area. Well equipped - we found everything we needed. Free parking on the street, next to the house. It feels like the host just gave up his residence to you for a while.

Udine - a hidden gem

A lovely apartment, fully furnished and functional in a quiet and safe area. It has a balcony. The furnishings were had everything we needed.You can park on the street, free and safe. Udine is a wonderful city, a hidden gem. The city is very calm, green and with a wonderful center. We are sorry that we were only there for one day.

Pleasant stay in the villas neighbourhood

Excellent apartment, very big and sunny. Very well equipped. Perfect location in the villas neighbourhood in Udine. Furnished in the esthetic way. Access to the house is fully managed by the electronic system. A lot of free parking space in front of the building.

The only small problem was the smell of cigarettes in the apartment. But it is possible that previous guests smoked inside.

Comfortable apartment on fringe of city center

Lovely apartment in residential area about 20min walk from city center. Free parking on street outside house. Collection of keys was by wifi connection with remote entrance to the garden gate, apartment complex and finally the apartment itself. We were lucky as another apartment owner let us into the garden and apartment complex and we met the cleaner as she was coming out of the apartment. Those not savvy with this mode of virtual meet and greet may have some difficulty. Thereafter, there was a set of keys in the apartment itself. The apartment itself was a gem. On the 3rd floor, no lift. All kitchen facilities available but no instruction manuals to clothes and dishwashers. Bed very comfortable. Place very quiet and relaxing. and safe. Good breakfast provided was juice, milk in fridge, bread rolls, boxed cake, coffee and tea bags.

We liked everything! The host is super helpful, answer all the questions very quickly. We got virtual key) it was smth new for us, but we got to the flat without any problems, all steps were clear. The flat is in a peaceful neighborhood and fully equipped, 10 min walk to the historical center of the city and 25 min walk from the train/bus stations. The flat is clean, for breakfast we had tasty coffee, also tea provided, juice, milk, some pies. So we can recommend this place for a stay!

Very nice cosy apartament

Very cosy, familiar Apartament, everything You need. Enough place for 4-5 person. The host is very nice and helpful. Perfect stop during travel to south Italy. It’s also worth to see old town Udine.

You won't get rest there during hot summer.

Nice and large apartment in quiet area with potential for high rating. Recommending to visit city center which was 10 minutes walk.

Efficiency of AC was very poor. In this extremely hot climate the only way to survive was sleeping on the mattress laid on the floor under AC blow. Refrigerator door was broken and couldn't be closed. Breakfast was a disappointment. Just some stuff from the market - see photo. Squicky sofa.

It is a very nice place. We were 5 peoples. Very clean, a good “colazzione”. Also good coffe. And the owner, a very nice and pleasent person. Recomand!

A perfect harbor

Nice, stylish, fully equipped apartment in quiet place with a friendly and helpfull host. We've spent there just one night as a stopover at our long-long journey, but we have perfectly relaxed, had a nice breakfast and could continue. Very good feeling.

Viel Platz , alles sauber und sehr gemütlich . Super ist der für uns neue Zugang zur Wohnung der voll digital über das Handy funktioniert, mit diesen lassen sich alle Türen öffnen und es wird kein Schlüssel benötigt.

Ausziebett im Wohnzimmer waren die Metallstangen den Lattenrostes gebrochen. Was das schlafen darauf mit 2 Personen etwas ungemütlich gemacht hat da Matratze dadurch eingesunken ist .

Vybavení je starší... V zásadě nám nic nechybělo a na přespání nám to stačilo. Parkování přímo před domem. V centru jste pěšky za pár minut, což je výhoda. Klidná ulice.
