Very nice hosts, super cool pool after a hot day and tiring travel with a baby. A/C works very well in the rooms and the breakfast was delicious. Nice restaurant nearby.

The only thing I missed was a trash bin in the room. I assume it was missing due to cleaning or it was accidentally forgotten.

Exceptional accommodation with a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. There is a beautiful yard with a pool that is not crowded and is available for use at any time. In total, there are about five rooms accommodating around ten guests max, and the breakfast room features five tables. The breakfast is a fantastic bonus. You also have access to the breakfast room at any time if you wish to make a drink or prepare something to eat for yourself. Nearby attractions worth visiting include Aquileia (a UNESCO World Heritage site) as well as the beach and town of Grado. It was a wonderfully relaxing experience; we felt truly special here.

I would hang a nice picture or decoration on the wall in the room, but that’s just a detail.

Struttura in posizione ottima per visitare i dintorni. Molto vicina a Grado per godersi il mare ma anche per tutto quello che Grado può offrire. La piscina presente in struttura è sicuramente un punto importante.
