The perfect spot on your way through Italy.

Exceptionally kind and friendly staff, delicious food, lovely location…loved it

Linda who greeted us and also worked in the restaurant was exceptional……she was so kind, helpful and answered the many questions we had. The food at the restaurant was amazing, you could tell it was real home cooked Italian food. The staff easily accommodated my vegetarian diet with the most delicious dishes. We were pleasantly surprised by how large the room was and the big balcony off our room was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay

Beautiful surroundings, quiet, you can eat well in the area.

Impossible to adjust the air conditioning which made it useless. There was simply no knob on the controller. I was at this property some time ago and there was no problem. The double beds are very comfortable, while the single beds are very narrow.

Relaxing stay in farm-like style.

I was staying here at the beginning of April 2023. The host was very welcoming and kind. The room was very spacious as well as the bathroom. There is private spacious parking. There is a very good restaurant - I had a dinner there as well as included breakfast. The food is great, again the host is very helpful to adjust your meal. The beds in the room are comfortable and the pillows are extremely good!

These are not minuses, but details, which attracted my attention. The walls are not very thick, that's why sometimes I could have heard noises from neighbours when they were especially loud. The parking is mostly under the trees, that's why you could find some stuff - leaves, brunches, etc. - from trees all over your car. But in general it's a really great place to stay!

Really nice and friendly place, recommended!

The girl that took care of the breakfast and other administrative stuff was really friendly and responsive. Unlike in many other places, the bed linen and toilet paper was included in the price. Overall the atmosphere was really relaxing and homey.

Not much to see in the area if you are here more than a day or two. We stopped here in the way to the sea to split the long driving.

Comfortable country stay

Large apartment with a big bathroom and a large balcony. Hotel type - the room maid wanted to clean our room after the first night (we stayed just two nights there). Comfortable beds. VERY GOOD breakfast - served as in the restaurant. You could have eggs, ham, cheese and every morning there was a fresh home baked cake as well as tiramisu desert for everybody!

Very intensive smell of chlorine coming probably from the cleaning agents (?) No coffee/tea set in the room. Quite poor wi-fi connection.

Lovely agriturismo, polite staff, big room, nice outdoor area and tasty breakfast with local products (also cheese and ham was offered on top of classic Italian breakfast). Would come back again!

Exceptional

Great value for money! Triple room was spacious & clean, the place was neat and clean and attentive stuff. Outdoor area with grapes, corn field, apple trees, little farm with animals, little playground for kids. Kids were happy! 6-10 min walk to little city centre with a few restaurants and bars.

Great place!

We had a great stay at the property! It’s a pity we were just crossing and only stayed one night. The place is very clean, quiet, just beautiful inside and out, there is a small playground for kids, which our daughter loved, and more than that, they also have some friendly animals (donkey, pony, geese). Plus, the host is extremely polite, kind and helpful. It’s just perfect for families! Will definitely book again.

Przepyszne, obfite śniadania. Obiekt idealny na nocleg tranzytowy.

Spędziliśmy tu jedną noc w drodze powrotnej z Toskanii. Pokój i łazienka były bardzo czyste i dobrze wyposażone – zamiast kołder były koce, a ogrzewanie działało sprawnie (początek października, na zewnątrz około 5°C). W łazience dostępna jest suszarka do włosów, a na korytarzu kilka książeczek dla dzieci. Do dyspozycji mieliśmy także telewizor i lodówkę. Personel zasługuje na szczególne wyróżnienie – jedna z pań mówiła perfekcyjnie po angielsku, druga wcale, ale jej życzliwość i uprzejmość sprawiły, że dogadanie się było bardzo proste. Śniadania były rewelacyjne – wszystko świeże i w obfitej ilości. Uwzględniono naszą prośbę dotyczącą diety bezmlecznej – zarówno ja, jak i moje dziecko mamy ciężką alergię na mleko krowie i otrzymaliśmy sporo smacznych, bezmlecznych potraw, w tym wędliny, dżemy, ciasteczka, soki i szeroki wybór herbat, a do tego wyjątkowo dobrą kawę z ekspresu. Obok obiektu znajduje się plac zabaw, jednak podczas naszego pobytu padał deszcz, więc dziecko nie mogło z niego skorzystać. Uważam, że jest to świetne miejsce na nocleg tranzytowy w drodze na południe Włoch.

Jeden czajnik na kilka pokoi, w dodatku niezbyt czysty (przydałoby się go odkamienić). W pokoju plastikowe kubeczki nienadające się do nalewania do nich wrzątku. Przydałyby się w pokoju kubki, łyżeczki i choćby kilka torebek herbaty i cukru dla osób, które późno przyjeżdżają.

Szép környezetben, hangulatos szálláshely. Szép, tiszta szobák, nagy modern fürdőszoba. A reggeli kiváló volt. A személyzet kedves, közvetlen. Most csak egy éjszakát töltöttünk itt, de tervezzük, hogy jövőre visszatérünk!

Struttura immersa nel verde in zona molto tranquilla Camera molto ampia e super pulita, bagno ernome e doccia walkie-in stupenda. Letto davvero molto comodo. Nagyon csendes hely kényelmes ággyal.

Nagyon kedves, barátságos személyzet, kiváló reggeli, gyakorlatilag bármit megcsinálnak. Csendes környék, kellemes, tágas szoba, nagyon kényelmes ágy. Tökéletes tisztaság, jól felszerelt fürdőszoba.

Az étterem zárva volt. Az autópályához eljutni kicsit bonyolult, számtalan körforgalom, kis utca stb.

Sehr schönes Anwesen in toller Lage

Sehr schönes Anwesen, gemütliches Zimmer mit allem, was man so braucht, großes, feines Bad und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter ; Restaurant mit ausgezeichnetem Essen; Hundefreundlich Sehr gute Lage, sowohl für den Besuch von Kunst- und Kulturstätten, als auch für Badetage ( es lockt nicht nur das Meer, auch das Flussbaden im Tagliamento hat seinen Reiz)
