We really loved this place, even though we only stayed for one night as we were just passing through. The lady who owns the place is incredibly kind and welcoming. This is not a luxury hotel – as the name suggests, it is an authentic Italian farmhouse-style place, essentially a farm with a fantastic restaurant and a few guest rooms, surrounded by vineyards and various farm animals. The rooms are simple but comfortable, and they really capture that authentic Italian vintage atmosphere we were looking for. The air conditioning works well, and the beds are very comfortable. The food on the restaurant menu is absolutely delicious and prepared to a very high standard. But the real highlight here is the wine – perhaps the best wine we have ever tasted! We loved it so much that we were even able to buy a few bottles to take home with us. If our travels take us this way again, we will definitely stay here again. The breakfast is simple and not particularly extensive, but it was perfectly sufficient for us. Just for information, and certainly not as a complaint, I would like to mention that if use Google Maps for navigation, it directs you to a parallel street and therefore to the wrong entrance. The accommodation is located directly next to the Strada Statale 14 della Venezia Giulia (SS14), so you do not need to turn off the main road.

Wanda ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Nach einem Sturm in der Nacht funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht mehr, sie hat sich gleich gekümmert. Die Unterkunft ist rustikal, das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber! Das Bett war bequem. Ein Extra Kissen war im Schrank. Es gibt süßes Frühstück und hartgekochte Eier. Parken kostenlos auf dem Hof. Um in die Zimmer zu gelangen, muss man Treppen steigen. Zum Natur Strand sind wir mit Hund ca 30 Min. gefahren. Tankstelle gibt's in der Nähe. Hund war im Preis inklusive.

Die Klimaanlage ist ein Klima und Heiz Kombi Gerät, ließ sich nicht Temperaturgenau einstellen. Wir reisen mit Hund, da ist es für uns sehr wichtig, wenn wir den Hund im Zimmer lassen, dass es für ihn angenehm ist, nicht zu warm aber auch nicht zu kalt. Aber ich denke wenn wir nur zu 2 wären, stört es nicht.
