Difficult to dry laundry on balcony. Had to go to lau dromat, which is easy walking distance. Cant open refrigerator if sitting at kitchen table.

Great Place, Great Stay! Very strategic few minutes away from city centre.

A little outside city centre but very easy to move with the bust stop downstairs that brings you there. Very quite and spacious, clean and with all that you need for a great stay. I would stay again for my next work trip.

No AC but with the door/windows from the kitchen facing courtyard and the living room with terrace facing street makes it fresher so It wasn’t a big problem.

Tutto da migliorare , a partire dalle basi .

Appartamento datato, soggiorno con divano letto direttamente su una strada super trafficata dalle 4.30 di mattina per smettere verso mezzanotte. Impossibile dormire purtroppo. Inoltre la finestra che dava sul traffico non chiudeva nemmeno bene. Deve esserci un problema con il riscaldamento, ogni mattina verso le 5.30 c’era un rumore fastidioso che si sommava al traffico. Parcheggio inesistente sotto l’appartamento o sulla strada . Se si è fortunati si trova a 10 min a piedi dall’appartamento . Comunicazione pessima con l’agenzia che si occupa della gestione ingressi o domande generali. Ho chiesto se fosse possibile effettuare il check in alle 12 anziché alle 15 , due settimane prima dell’arrivo ma non sono riusciti a darmi una risposta fino a 1 ora prima dall’arrivo all’aeroporto di Trieste . Se non altro alle 12.20 ci hanno fatto entrare ma ovviamente non erano preparati . Eravamo in 3, c’era un letto fatto solo per due e quindi ci siamo fatte noi il terzo letto. Non c’era una bottiglietta di acqua o una capsula per il caffè , nulla. Portoncino d’ingresso aperto 24/7

Tutto perfetto, torneremo!!

Appartamento pulitissimo con la cucina che ha tutto il necessario e lavatrice che abbiamo utilizzato. Wifi perfettamente funzionante e parcheggio gratuito nella strada dietro adiacente. Zona tranquilla ma ben collegata con tutti i negozi che servono raggiungibili a piedi. Host super disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato.

Appartamento carino, spazioso, in ottima posizione per visitare Udine e dintorni. Parcheggio pubblico vicino l'appartamento.

Ok, ma....

Appartamento dotato di cucina abitabile dotata di macchinetta per il caffé, bollitore, microonde, con veranda annessa, camera da letto, soggiorno con TV e wifi, bagno completo con piatto doccia comodo

Non eccelle in pulizia, polvere in camera, bollitore pieno di calcare che ci siamo adoperati per pulire, pareti doccia con muffa tra le piastrelle, divano a letto non comodissimo. Con un po' di cura in piú potrebbe essere migliore. Sito in quarto piano con salotto orientato su strada trafficata.
