La stanza assegnatami era ampia, luminosa e silenziosa, inserita in una palazzina liberty di pregio, circondata da un magnifico giardino sul lato nord/nord-ovest ricco di essenze visibili anche dalle finestre della stanza stessa. La posizione era ottimale data la vicinanza con la stazione dei bus e dei treni. Tuttavia, nel caso di mezzi propri, molti parcheggi erano disponibili lungo strada. La cordialità dei padroni di casa nella prima accoglienza, nell'ascoltare le richieste degli ospiti e nell' intrattenersi con essi anche in discussioni informali è stata lodevole. Infine ultimo, ma non ultimo, pulizia garantita! Consigliatissimo per tutti quelli che intraprendono un viaggio a Udine e dintorni!

Stanza ampia e comoda così come il bagno. Cucina a disposizione per la colazione. Patrizia ottima host e ci ha dato anche qualche consiglio su cosa vedere in zona. La zona è perfetta, vicino alla stazione, sia per raggiungere il centro a piedi (circa 10/15minuti ) che per chi si sposta fuori, noi con l’auto a noleggio potevamo parcheggiare proprio davanti la struttura (strisce bianche non a pagamento). In più una bella palazzina storica con un bellissimo giardino

We stayed at this apartment in Udine for two nights. Positive: The apartment is in a very quiet location, was very clean, and the city centre is easy to reach and not far away. Another advantage is that parking is available directly on the street in front of the building.

Negative: The apartment and its furnishings are a little dated and show some signs of wear. The kitchen in particular could use some updating and, in our opinion, no longer quite meets today’s standards. The most important point for us, however, is that the kitchen and hallway are shared with another room and are not for the private use of the apartment. This was not clear to us from the description on Booking. Of course, from the mention of three beds and the room layout, one might have been able to work this out, but it was never explicitly stated that the kitchen and hallway would be shared with guests staying in another room. In addition, the other room is separated from the shared area only by thin glass doors. Had we known in advance that the kitchen and hallway were shared with other guests, we definitely would have chosen a different accommodation. This is a shame, as the apartment was otherwise very quiet, clean, and conveniently located.
