Convenient and clean

Clean and very convenient room with the very nice bathroom. Also AC and extra fan available. Little balcony, where you can admire distant Alps. They also serve good wine, that is very cheap.

There is a space to store bikes, but a little untidy with a lot of old, dusty stuff. Many noisy people stay till the evening hours drinking wine, but this may add to the charm.

Basic rooms (ok for the price) but 0 noise isolation and useless outdoor area. Not family friendly.

Convenient location to go to Grado at a "friendly" price

- you can hear a lot of noise from the rooms on your floor. As some people think its ok to be very loud after 10pm it can really be an issue. The rooms are not that big and a couple had 2 big dogs in their room the first night, they were barking a lot and it was really disturbing. - there is nothing for kids in the garden. Moreover the outside area is rather dangerous for children as full of farm machines and for instance a broken door with glass pieces against a wall in the garden. - the breakfast is purely packaged food ( biscuits etc) except for a bit of salami and cheese

Amazing people running the place, lovely and open to demands like Breakfast outside on a Sunny Morning and general want to make your stay comfortable. Additionally they supply their own wine which is out of this world good…….forget Murielle, this stuff is super dry and has amazing notes. I would sure use this place as a base next time.

The location was pretty good, very close, convenient to the touristic points.

We chose this agriturismo for the room with balcony that was advertised. But when we got there she gave us a room without balcony with a window a bit taller than a regular one (however too short for my husband) with a small railing. When we complained about it she insisted that that one was a terrace. E small one, but a terrace. really? In this case I wonder what a balcony would be in her opinion.

Perfect rest in Agriturismo La Rosta

The room was clean and spacious, with air-conditioning in the tranquil area so that we could enjoy the mood of the Italian village. In the evening, they served dinner in front of the house. The local specialties were tasteful and accompanied by good wines (I recommend especially checking a rosé wine). In the morning, we enjoyed breakfast composed of a selection of local cheese, ham, sausages, yogurt, fruits, boiled eggs, and an authentic Italian coffee. I strongly recommend the place as a local base for hanging around Friuli.

Comfortable cery clean room,fantastic and good breakfast,We can drink coffie anytime and there are fridge and microven in the corridor.The towels were changed every day and we get bathroom equipment.We can eat eat homemade dinner and drink homemade wine. Thank you everything!👍😀

Superb

Nice place, clean, easily accessible from Palmanova or Grado. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Off the beaten path. Very clean and nice surroundings.

Sadly the restaurant and the bar closed very early (like 8pm) so we had to drive out for dinner and drinks. Of course we could have checked this in advance but our experience was that most places that are so secluded will serve food or at least drinks in the evening. That said, they recommended and booked us an excellent restaurant nearby, so all good :)

Excellent place to stay...

Stayed for one night, cycling on the way back from Triest, Italy to Arnoldstein, Austria. Perfect place to rest. Such lovely people and service. Very clean. Great wine on arrival & a very tasty breakfast.

Great stay in a typical italian agroturismo

Since it was the first time we were traveling with our dog I liked it very much that you can stay with your pet without any extra charges. The property is very nice, it has a beautiful vineyard, a small stream and a lot of grass, perfect for a short walk after the delicious breakfast. The rooms were very clean and the staff very nice.

The walls are pretty thin so in the morning you can hear the other guest making their way downstairs to breakfast. It did not bother us, but more so our dog who kept waking us up because of it. Nevertheless, a great stay! Would definitely come again.

Qualità sorprendente a un ottimo prezzo

Siamo stati benissimo. La struttura è comodissima, il personale accogliente e gentile, e — cosa davvero rara da trovare — la stanza aveva una temperatura perfetta durante tutto il soggiorno. Materassi comodi, acqua calda immediata e una doccia che merita davvero il nome di “doccia”: confortevole, ampia, piacevole. Per il prezzo richiesto, la qualità è sorprendente: ci sono strutture che costano molto di più e non offrono lo stesso livello di comfort. Se potessi dare un voto superiore al 10, lo darei senza esitazioni. Siamo stati qui in tre: io, mia moglie e la nostra cagnolina, e siamo rimasti tutti pienamente soddisfatti.
