Great place for a week in december

We liked the location, seaside and shops nearby. Nicely equipped warm bathroom, kitchen equipment, comfy design, big windows with shutter. Parking in the backyard. Easy communication with the owner. Very quiet area in winter times, almost didn't hear any noise from the building.

Was hard to use heating and owen together, but it wasn't a big issue. We bought an extra blanket, because didn't want to use the heater on full the whole night. But these were minor issues, and it was very cold outside. Overall the place is a nice deal, in summer and winter too.

Urlaub in einer stillen Gegend und in einem einfühlsreichen Apartment

Die Lage war hervorragend, der Despar war etwa 150 Meter entfernt, sehr ruhige Gegend, die Ausstattung ist sehr modern, die Einrichtung perfekt. Alles da um hier wohnen zu können. Heizung und Klimaanlage am neuersten Stand. Zum Strand gibt es einen geraden Weg und auch ins Zentrum gibt es einen geraden Weg

Wenn es die Unterkunft betrifft, gibt es nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat. Das Wetter hat mir nicht gefallen

Bis in die Altstadt zu weit aber das haben wir gewusst

Alles drin was man so braucht außer das Bett

Kein Lift bis in den 3 Stock mit Gebäck, im Winter in der Wohnung zu kalt die Betten ein Zumutung es war nur eine Sofa und ein klappbares Zustellbett.

Kutyabarát Cittá Giardino

Nagyon tiszta, rendezett, kedves és megfelelő méretű lakás szuper erkéllyel. A klíma (bár nekünk alapfeltétel volt amúgyis) nagyon jól működött, jól jött a nagy melegben. A wifi valóban gyors, megbízható, a mai világban ez is alap. A szállásadó gyorsan reagált az írásban feltett kérdéseimre. A szálláshoz nagyon közel található Despar üzlet, étterem és elérhető távolságban van a szabadtsrand és az egyik kutyás strand is (Lido di Fido). Csendes, nyugodt a környék is. A kutyusom is nagyon jól érezte magát a lakásban.

Lehet, hogy le volt írva, de akkor elkerülte a figyelmemet, hogy a 3.emeleten található a szállás. A kistermetű kutyusomat kicsit megviselte a sok lépcsőzés a nagy melegben, de egyébiránt nem nagy gond. Egy mikrohullámú sütő még jó lett volna a lakásban. Illetve pár dolog nincs, ami a felsorolásban szerepelt: vasaló, kenyérpirító, szúnyogháló. A TV-előfizetés nálunk nem működött, a szállásadó szerint előttünk még igen. Műszakilag, technikailag elég felkészültek vagyunk, de nem sikerült adást varázsolnunk.

la struttura si trova molto vicina al mare.L appartamento è piccolo ma dotato di tutto, Cè un bel balcone e devo dire ottimi materassi, un box doccia grande. Si parcheggia nel giardino sottostante. L appartamento è situato al terzo piano senza ascensore. Devo dire che con questi comfort la qualità/prezzo è ottima. Ci sono sia riscaldamento che aria condizionata. tornerei li se dovessi andare a grado

doppelbett bzw. bett sofa wäre zum andenken, aber ansonsten alles super!

Piacevole soggiorno invernale a Città Giardino

Appartamento molto carino e ben accessoriato. Situato in una zona residenziale tranquilla, vicino alla spiaggia e non molto distante dal centro storico di Grado. Siamo stati molto bene e con noi la nostra cagnolona!
