È un ottimo appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario. Molto curato e pulito. Terrazzino vista laguna molto bello. Ottima accoglienza con aperitivo. Vi sono prodotti x colazione, tisane e se si intende cucinare anche sale olio etc. Tutti i detergenti sono di qualità superiore. Box auto ottimo.

Sehr nette Gastgeber.Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit tollem überdachtem Balkon.Alles vorhanden : vom Fieberthermometer bis zur Begrüßungsflasche Sekt.Super Lage im Zentrum Grados.

Das Apartment ist extrem sauber, bestens ausgestattet, sehr schönes Geschirr, hübsch eingerichtet. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein großer Kleiderschrank mit reichlich Stauraum. Im Badezimmer ist alles Nötige vorhanden, reichlich Handtücher, Duschgel, Shampoo und Seife. Der Balkon ist ebenfalls gut eingerichtet, der Blick auf den Kanal herrlich.
Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, Adriana, ist sehr unkompliziert und herzlich.
Sehr praktisch ist die Garage in der Tiefgarage.
Direkt neben dem Apartment ist ein ausgezeichnetes Fischlokal, der Besuch lohnt sich!
Das Zentrum der Altstadt und der Strand sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Das Bett war für mein Empfinden etwas zu weich ebenso die Couch im Wohnzimmer, aber das ist ja bekanntlich Geschmacksache....
Es gibt wirkich nichts zu beanstanden.

Kurz gesagt: Einfach großartig! Mehr als perfekt! Wunderbare Lage, charmante Gastgeberin, geschmackvolle und bis in‘s kleinste Detail liebevolle Einrichtung und Ausstattung - alles supersauber!
