Nous avons apprécié son emplacement. L´appartement est tres bien situé, pas loin du centre ville de Grado, de la plage tout en etant proche d´un canal et donc tres calme. L´appartement est fonctionnel, vous trouvez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner. Nous avons trouvé des places gratuites pour notre voiture, le long du canal en face de l´appartement. Comme nous sommes hors saison, c´est sans doute plus facile. Le propriétaire est vraiment sympathique, nous pouvions arriver 1 heure plus tot et nous avons pu partir a l´heure de notre convenance. Il nous a aussi donné de bons conseils.
C´est un appartement qui est essentiellement pratique et fonctionnel pour des vacances, mais il n´a pas vraiment de style ou de charme. De tres beaux tableaux en fils sont exposés mais pourraient etre mieux mis en valeur. Ceci dit, les gouts et les couleurs ne se discuttent pas. Par ailleurs, l´appartement remplit sa mission amplement, donc si vous n´etes pas tres difficile en terme de décoration, vous y serez tres bien.
