Séjour des plus agréable dans un appartement pratique et adapté a notre demande.

Nous avons apprécié son emplacement. L´appartement est tres bien situé, pas loin du centre ville de Grado, de la plage tout en etant proche d´un canal et donc tres calme. L´appartement est fonctionnel, vous trouvez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner. Nous avons trouvé des places gratuites pour notre voiture, le long du canal en face de l´appartement. Comme nous sommes hors saison, c´est sans doute plus facile. Le propriétaire est vraiment sympathique, nous pouvions arriver 1 heure plus tot et nous avons pu partir a l´heure de notre convenance. Il nous a aussi donné de bons conseils.

C´est un appartement qui est essentiellement pratique et fonctionnel pour des vacances, mais il n´a pas vraiment de style ou de charme. De tres beaux tableaux en fils sont exposés mais pourraient etre mieux mis en valeur. Ceci dit, les gouts et les couleurs ne se discuttent pas. Par ailleurs, l´appartement remplit sa mission amplement, donc si vous n´etes pas tres difficile en terme de décoration, vous y serez tres bien.

Izvrsna lokacija i uredan apartman – sve što treba za ugodan boravak!

Smještaj je na izvrsnoj lokaciji – plaža, stari grad i centar grada nalaze se na svega nekoliko minuta hoda. Apartman je bio vrlo čist i uredan. Preporučujem svima koji traže ugodan i praktičan boravak.

A közelség , a centrum ahogy kilépünk az a házból kevés gyaloglással megközelíthető volt. Felszerelt apartman.Kedves tulaj, aranyos fogadtatás! A lányom szülinapjàt ünnepeltük ott és a tulaj az ajtóra ragasztott egy Happy Birthday feliratot. Aranyos gesztus.

Gute Lage nah am Zentrum. Parken vor dem Haus. Nachts ruhig (Ostern) Küche gut ausgestattet. Freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Dusche sehr eng. Toilettenbrille wackelig. WiFi manchmal schwach für TV

Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub in zentraler Lage

Super zentrale Lage, genug Platz für Familie mit 2 Kindern, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Besonders nett war die Bereitstellung von 2 Flaschen Wasser bei unserer Ankunft. Wurden auch sehe nett und freundlich empfangen. Alles sehr nett und unkompliziert. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

WC Spülung hängt ein wenig Sehr unangenehme, grelle Lampen Im 2. Schlafzimmer gibt es kein richtiges Bett, sondern eine aufgeklappte Schlafcouch. Diese ist sehr schmal und hart. Ebenso gab es keine richtige Decke und Bettwäsche in diesem Schlafzimmer, sondern dünne Decken, geschützt mit einem losen Laken.

Waren 4 Wochen in der Wohnung - hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. In der Wohnung befanden sich alle Sachen, welche man zum Bewohnen einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, sowie Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut - zusammengefasst, man hat alles gehabt. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut, ein paar Minuten in die Altstadt. Was will man mehr. Parkplatz für Privat-PKW und Besucher war meistens vor dem Haus möglich. Die Vermieter wohnen oberhalb der Wohnung und waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Fällt mir eigentlich nichts ein.
