Wifi not working

We enjoyed large balcony.

Although accomodation should have free wifi available, it was not working. There was no wifi connection in our room located on 1st floor. Wifi was running only at reception and in the lobby. Lady in the reception doesnt communicate in English.

Parking in the yard is a big plus. Also the possibility to sit in the backyard on a swing.

There was no air conditioning in the bedroom, just a rotating fan on the ceiling. That's not enough, we were very hot.

Not clear why this property got so much negative comments. Actually everything worked, the location is ideal. Yes the furniture is oldish but kept tidy and comfortable. The admin lady was friendly and appreciated our effort to communicate in Italian. The price quality ratio is very good in Grado Pineta.

The beach was dirty in the first days but this is not the fault of the accomodation.

I didn't like anything about the house really except is close to the beach.

The room was very duty and smiling, very old sofa 🛋 My kids slept on the sofa and the next day their boby itching, swelling and redness. I contact the owner of the property but she didn't respond me.

Horrible service.

We didn't get the codes for the keys, so we had to call for them. They were very impolite in the phone and hung the call up. We didn't get bicycles for all even though it was promised, and the bikes we got were almost broken. At almost all time there was no one in the reception, but when there was, she was very impolite about us. They didn't speak English at all.

La posizione è buona in vicinanza del centro di Grado Pineta che non è Grado città ma in cui si può trovare un bar e soprattutto un supermercato per rifornirsi del necessario.

Per quanto riguarda l’appartamento dove risiedevo la cucina era molto piccola , il bagno era piccolo senza bidet e con una doccia malfunzionante.

Fedett terasz, zárt kert. Elegendő kinti szék, asztal. Árnyékot adó fák. Jó helyen van. Közel a strand, boltok, éttermek. A tetőtérhez tartozó terasz szuper reggeliző hely. Ingyenes parkolás. Pont jó volt a 15 fős kis családunknak.

Bérelni kellett az ágyneműt. Ezt tudtuk, de számunkra szokatlan volt. Apartmanonként kauciót kell fizetni, ami ha minden rendben van, visszajár.

ubytovanie zapáchalo starinou, nebolo ani kúsok mydla, obliečky sme si na doporučenie priniesli svoje, ale o mydle a utierke na riad nebola ani zmienka. Toto je úplná samozrejmosť v každom súkromnom ubytovaní. Kuchynský kút bol absolutne nevyhovujúci po každej stránke, nebolo kde odložiť ani čaj, ktorý sme si priniesli na raňajky a varnú kanvicu a toaster bolo treba vždy z malej poličky vyložiť na platne elektricého spooráka, lebo inde nebolo miesto. elektrické zásuvky bolo treba riadne pridržať, aby nevypadli. Za upratovanie sa platilo 69 eu a za elektrinu denne 4 eurá.Jediné pozitívum bolo parkovanie vo dvore, wifi a krátka vzdialenosť k moru, čo však neprevážilo nedostatky ubytovania. Cena neúmerná kvalite ubytovania.

Die Lage des Gebäudes war super, WLAN war stabil

Schwarz Schimmel im Bereich der Küche , alle Möbel extrem abgenutzt, Klima Anlage nur im Wohnbereich, Sat Anschluss hat nicht funktioniert, Klima Anlage tropft genau auf möbel (aufgeqwollen) und Elektrik ( wir haben dann selbst eine schüssel zum auffangen darunter gestellt) Die Wohnung war in einer Dachschräge also nicht die qm nutzbar was angegeben waren

Ein schöner Familienaufenthalt

Wir waren mit zwei größeren Kindern im Zimmer A6 anwesend und der Platz war ausreichend. Frau Cleopatra Cristilli ist sehr nett und hat uns alles gezeigt. Die Lage ist super: fußläufig sind Bars der Supermarkt und der Strand erreichbar. Mit den Fahrrädern, welche uns umsonst von der Unterkunft zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, konnten wir jeden Abend zu viert nach Grado radeln. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir konnten mit einigen negativen Kommentaren nichts anfangen. Es war sauber, wir hatten keine lauten Gäste und der Renovierungszustand war wirklich in Ordnung. Sicherlich kein 5 Sterne Hotel, aber dafür ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wirklich super. Immer wieder!

Vielleicht jetzt bei Abreise ein paar zu viel Hunde.....

Okolica zaniedbana, terez przy obiekcie też. W całym domu czuć nieprzyjemny zapach. Obsługa nie mówi w języku angielskim, na bookingu pisze, że tak. W mieszkaniu, bo nie można tego nazwać apartamentem wszystko stare i większość rzeczy zniszczone , lub nie działa... opada deska WC, rolety skrzypią, łóżko trzeszczy, brak kanałów w telewizorze ( zgłoszone pani Cleo, ale nie naprawione ) Klimatyzacja to przenośny klimatyzator tylko w jednym pomieszczeniu , głośny jak nie wiem coś, spać się przy nim nie dało. Aneks kuchenny to raczej żart, blat o szerokości może 20 cm, dwa palniki w tym jeden nie działa, ciasno i na noc nie ma miejsca, Lasówka bardzo mała. Na suficie na tarasie odpada farba, obiekt wymaga remontu jak nic. Rowery stare i zardzewiałe, nie zachecają do wypożyczenia. Nie polecam Do tego morze przy najbliższej plaży, bagienne i pełne glonów. Że wszystkim wynajmowanych pobytów przez nas ten był zdecydowanie najgorszy, wyjechaliśmy 2 doby wcześniej 🙁 Na powitanie zamiast wody lub winka miotła w kącie przy stoliku 😉

I punti a favore sono tanti. La posizione comodissima per raggiungere spiaggia e servizi vari. L’accoglienza è stata sempre puntuale e precisa. Soddisfatti su ogni richiesta. La pulizia risulta eccellente. Il rapporto prezzo qualità ottimo.

Für Familie mit kleinen Kindern eine gute Größe.

Gute Lage in der Nähe vom Strand und Spielplatz für Kinder. Küche gut ausgestattet mit Herd, Backrohr, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank und Geschirrspüler in der großen Wohnung. Waschmaschine ebenfalls vorhanden. Große Terrasse möbliert und mit Schirm. ☺️

Relativ abgewohnte, alte Einrichtung. Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer sehr niedrig und nicht gut gesichert (könnte für kleine Kinder eine Gefahrenquelle sein)

Kleine Küche, wir haben bei der 2. mitgereisten Familie in der großen Wohnung Frühstück und Abendessen gemacht. In der kleinen Wohnung war es uns zu umständlich, aber 2 Herdplatten, Kühlschrank, Spüle etc. waren vorhanden.

Die Lage ist super.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe,Strand gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ruhige Wohngegend.

Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen zu klein,plus 2 Hunden. Die Betten unbequem. Steckdosen und Lichtschalter nicht fest an der Wand verankert,nur mit Silikon festgeklebt.Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

tutto. non posso dare zero perché non c'è struttura fatiscente, sporca ,non curata. odore di muffa insopportabile prenotazione per 6persone ma al nostro arrivo una mini camera con letto matrimoniale. sala con due divani maleodoranti che dovevano diventare letti. cucina con mobiletti scorticati dall'umidità. uno schifo non capisco perché booking non verifichi le strutture e dopo recensione le elimini

Malé a hlučné

Ubytování je na dobrém místě, kousek od moře, ale není na hlavní třídě. Obchod také v blízkosti. Oceňuji možnost parkování a možnost půjčení kol. Naprosto skvělá byla paní Cleopatra, která se o nás hezky starala, připravila nám pokoj, který byl čistý a po celý pobyt nám byla k dispozici i s jejím manželem/přítelem.

VELMI malé, pokoj nenazývám apartmánem… Koutek na vaření udělaný z koupelny, sotva se v něm člověk otočí. Vhodné maximálně pro 2 lidi, rozhodně ne pro 4! Izolace nula, je slyšet všechno nejen z okolních pokojů, ale i z venku. Na prostorech je vidět, že majitel neinvestuje peníze zpět do domu, údržby a jeho vybavení.
