The owner of the apartment is great. He replies to messages immediately.

The apartment is very clean, everything is in order, the security system is quite excellent. We had no problem with online check-in. We also felt that it was very convenient because we did not have to stand and wait for the staff to open the door for us.

The drain in the bathroom is blocked and there is no broom to clean it.

Nice and comfortable apartment close to city center. It has a safe reserved parking spot close to the apartment (5 min walk), perfect if your car is full of luggage :)

Location, clean, helpful host, good restaurants 5min away (Biffi, Al Lepre…), basically in Centro storico, safe parking spot 5-7min away.

The staff was very nice.

Value for money is poor for one couple and ok for two couples. we were one :( The self check in process is cumbersome and very frustrating. Some sheets were missing. The parking is too far away. The TV works partially.

Ottima posizione in centro a Udine, molto vicina al cuore della città. Abbiamo lasciato l'auto nella strada chiusa lì vicino, davanti a un condominio ed era molto tranquillo

Sehr gute Lage zu fairem Preis

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und man braucht nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt. Der Checkin funktioniert super. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zudem ist die Einrichtung recht modern. Die Betten sind gut und die Wohnung ist soweit sehr sauber. Die Wohnung liegt gut erreichbar im Erdgeschoss.

Der Parkplatz ist leider etwas weiter weg. Wir haben allerdings direkt vor der Wohnung einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz genommen. (60ct./ Stunde. Über Nacht kostet es nichts sodass wir nur knapp 5€ bezahlt haben. Die Terrasse dürfte bei Zeiten etwas erneuert werden, wir haben sie jedoch auch nicht genutzt da wir nur eine Nacht da waren.

Der Zugang zum Innenhof, der mit Foto beworben wurde war 1) verschlossen und keiner der 3 Schlüssel war der richtige für dieses Schloss 2) Innenhof völlig verwahrlost

Poteva essere una bella esperienza, ma ....

La posizione rispetto al centro città. Zona tranquilla

All'arrivo mancano le lenzuola, armadi molto pieni di coperte con poco spazio per i nostri vestiti, divano letto in corridoio non pulito e se aperto ci sono serie difficoltà per andare in bagno quindi ho dovuto spostare il mobile porta TV, sotto al divano letto molto sporco di polvere, bastoncini per profumare l'ambiente e due doghe del letto, profumatori d'ambiente vuoti, niente sapone e shampoo ma alcuni vecchi flaconi con un po' di sapone e molta acqua, alcuni cuscini assolutamente impresentabili perché rotti e fatti con pezzi di gommapiuma, giardino assolutamente non usufruibile perché non curato e sporco con divano da esterno rotto e ammuffito inoltre tenda parasole vecchia e sporca. Il giardino non so se fosse nell'affitto dell'appartamento ma avevamo le chiavi per accedervi. Ho altre foto che testimoniano le mie affermazioni. So che il propietario mi ha "bannato"come cliente indesiderato, forse lo ha fatto per anticipare una mia recensione negativa.

Udine ist immer eine Reise wert.

Das Internet hat nicht funktioniert und somit kamen wir bei der Haustür nicht rein. Ein Nachbar ist dann nachhausegekommen und wird konnten ins Stiegenhaus. Dann war alles easy. Ein Freund hat seinen privaten Wohnungsschlüssel in der Wohnung verloren. Der wurde dann ganz unspektakulär in Richtung Villach gebracht. Vielen Dank noch einmal.

Potenzialmente un buon posto per visitare Udine ma impoverito dalla dotazione davvero essenziale.

Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal centro e gentile il proprietario a farci trovare acqua fresca in frigo e una lattina di coca-cola.

In un appartamento non climatizzato, in un'estate come questa, è impensabile non trovare almeno un ventilatore nei 3 vani in cui ci sono i letti. Ce n'era uno senza una pala e completamente inutilizzabile. Aprendo le finestre per cercare un po' di refrigerio sono entrate moltissime zanzare...e abbiamo scoperto che c'erano a disposizione 2 fornellini Vape ma un'unica piastrina.

Tutto è filato liscio

Tutto a posto, senza intoppi. La prenotazione è stata gestita tutta senza vedere anima viva e non ci sono state difficoltà quindi bene. L'appartamento è o.k. e la posizione ottima.

Riscaldamento eccessivo e camere direttamente sulla strada, ma il traffico non è eccessivo quindi si può tollerare. Credo che per persone non avvezze la gestione tutta on line potrebbe ricreare problemi.
