Cheap but not that cheerful

Large main bedroom, comfortable beds. Secure building. Good wifi and free street parking across the road. Nadia, the host's representative, provided more towels and bowls on request.

Delayed check in as there was no response to our nominated time or to calls and texts via What's App. Basic kitchen supplies only with no chopping board, knives, or enough bowls for the family. A dangerous broken floor board in one bedroom which splintered into my shoe and a protruding broken nail out of the floorboard in the main bedroom. No explanation of how to recycle with 3 different coloured bins in the kitchen. The area is close to the train station, which is convenient, but it may not be the most family-friendly neighbourhood.

Despite of all the shortcomings the price was reasonable.

Nice ceiling, lot of character.

When we wanted to check in nobody answered the phone or our messages. We needed to wait for three hours and only after reading some reviews we found out that the pizzaria is connected to the apartment. When we went there we found two workers who told us that the boss is on vacation and that’s why he didn’t answer our calls, which is no problem but they should have told us in the app that we needed to contact them instead or they should have given us phone numbers to call instead. There absolutely needs to be information on the booking on how to check in and contact the owner. Also there was a hail storm and the windows and the shutters could not stop the rain from flooding in the apartment. And when we wanted to shower the water wouldn’t drain and the bathroom got flooded too. Additionally the kitchen lacked proper equipment like dish soap, the cutlery was dirty and the drawers were broken. It was obviously nit cleaned after the last guest because there was still food on the cooking utensils. On one of the sleeping couches and on one of the mattresses there was a lot of stains and dirt.

One of the bedroom is without window and no air condition in it. It could be OK on a normal day but terrible warm on a hot day :(

Very nice, clean and large apartment, but a rude cleaning lady ended our stay in an unpleasant way.

Check out time was (as listed on a paper in the apartment) 10.30. The day of the check out, the cleaning lady was banging on our door just before 10 that we had to leave before 10. She was extremely rude and unfriendly and said that the owner told us check-out time was 10. But the owner did not tell us and the paper with information was clear. Check-out time is 10.30. This rude behavior of the cleaning lady was a big dissatisfier after a good stay. The family that rented the next door apartment had exactly the same experience as they were also checking out the same day. They were also very unhappy.

Many big rooms, nice bathroom, private parking. There are shops and a petrol station in the neighbourhood.

Nice short stay

Location is very convenient, a bit over 1km from the center. And it's along the alpe-adria cyclopath The apartment is nice and spacious, with AC and all needed comfort for a short stay The playgroud is great for kids Safe parking, we could leave the car for the needed few extra hours

We came on a Monday, most of the things were closed, so the kids could not enjoy the playground as much as they could any other day The floors are screechy, you could hear even the neighbors above walk

Nice and specious apartment with high ceilings. Comfortable place and well equipped kitchen.

Check-in instructions were not provided in advance, so it took some time till the host met me. The shower cabin was broken. Towels were provided, however, those seemed to have been folded wet and had an unpleasant smell.

Great place to stay with kids

We decided to stay one night in Udine, before our summer vacation. This apt was great choice. Our kids were happy with Playground, my huseband was happy with nice terrace with view and i really aprecciated restaurant and lot of space for all of us. Looking forward to come next year again.

It has air conditioning. It is comfortable and clean. The staff in the restaurant was exceptional. We ordered food after our kids were in bed, and they brought it to us. If you want a comfortable place to sleep in with dark window shades, this is the place!

Far trovare un appartamento così sporco e lurido è una mancanza di rispetto enorme. È la prima volta che mi capitava di entrare in un appartamento così vomitevole. Inevitabilmente ho chiesto il rimborso che in un primo momento mi è stato rifiutato dal proprietario, ho chiesto che venisse pulito ma disponibilità zero, e dopo aver mandato le foto dell'appartamento all'assistenza clienti Booking il proprietario ha accettato il rimborso senza penali. Non avremmo potuto dormire in un ambiente così sporco. La signora che ha effettuato il check-out negava con insistenza che l'ambiente fosse sporco, evidentemente lei vive nel lerciume. Al proprietario e proprietaria (anche della pizzeria che sta di fianco l'appartamento dove si è svolto il check-in) dell'appartamento invito a vergognarsi. Aggiungo che purtroppo non riesco a caricare tutte le foto, la cucina era sporca, posate sporche, un asciugamano era sporco, il sapone per i piatti era poco e quel poco era diluito con acqua, il dispenser del sapone in bagno era completamente vuoto e sporco (forse era solo da arredamento), polvere ovunque, pavimento appiccicoso, wc in condizioni pietose, doccia piena di peli e sporcizia. Concludo dicendo che un appartamento così booking non dovrebbe neanche pubblicizzarlo perchè ci va a perdere.
