The hosts (GianFranco) were great. The room and facilities were clean. The location was excellent but a car is required.

A nice place to have as a base for our visits with family in the area.

Easy to come and go. Lots of space. Nice bathroom. If you want to cook meals, all set up for that. Owners helpful with any questions, as much as possible.

There is no daily housekeeping service…. But getting more towels was easy, just ask.

Quiet, relaxing location. Comfortable apartment with air conditioning. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom and shower. Secure storage for bikes. Parking provided.

TV could have been in lounge area not bedroom. Outdoor seating nice but on a walkway between apartments.

Nice silent place. 100% to recommend.

This is a very lovely place. Renovated, refurbished rooms, the bath room was a dream. Modern kitchen and silent airconditioning. There are many sunbeds in the garden or tables and chairs in the shadow you can find a rest. Nice playground also for the children and if you like there is a barbecue available. We did not use the breakfast service. Next supermarket is in walking distance. Down to city a 20 min walk, there are restaurants and more shops. The area is not so busy, not many tourists but real Italian life. 20 mins by car there is a beautiful lake surronded by mountains, stunning view!! where also many local go swimming. Restrooms and two little bars on-site (depends on season for sure). You can also go "swimming" to Tagliamente river, 10 mins drive. We liked it very much, will come back for sure. Friendly staff as well.

Stay was good for a business trip.

Location is good should you have a car.

Breakfast was very average. Chose not to take it after the first day. English not well spoken - had an AC problem and though it was sorted, it took time and inconvenience. Had to move to a smaller room with no compensation.

Nice short stay in S. Daniele

The apartement was quite big and clean . Breakfast with the basket for a few days is a very good idea. For longer stay we would have made by ourself. Only possible is that a little more coffee would be great.

Jederzeit wieder

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig in Olivenhainen am Rande von San Daniele mit Parkplätzen direkt vor der Tür. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Für die Fahrräder gab es einen geschlossenen Unterstellplatz. Es gibt die Möglichkeit die Wäsche zu waschen. Das Bett war sehr bequem und der Raum konnte gut verdunkelt werden. Es gab eine gut funktionierende Heizung und im Bad ein Fenster. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Im Wohnraum gab es leider nur für eine Person eine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit. Ein Sofa für zwei Personen oder ein zweiter Sessel wäre sehr angenehm gewesen.

Posizione molto tranquilla, piccola cucina funzionale, giardino esterno attrezzato, wi-fi non sempre Top ma funzionale,

Qualche disguido con la polvere nella camera principale appena arrivati, ma appena segnalato hanno messo rimedio subito❤️ La strada per accedere alla struttura è sterrata e col maltempo si deve fare attenzione nel percorrerla.

Super fijne locatie!

Perfecte locatie voor ons: vlak bij San Daniele, toch buiten de stad, echt fijn.

Bij aankomst ziet de plek er wat ontoegankelijk uit. Er is niemend te vinden en het telefoonnummer dat bij het hek staat, werkt niet. Een oudere dame gestoord en die heeft de eigenaresse gebeld. Vervelend om haar te moeten storen. Niet echt een probleem, maar: host spreekt alleen ITaliaans en met behulp van Google kan ze ook Duits aanbieden, geen Engels.

Gerne wieder

Ausstattung an Geschirr und Besteck ausreichend. Das Bett war bequem und die Klimaanlage war ein Segen bei den heißen Temperaturen. Das Bad ist geräumig und hat eine schöne Dusche. Im Freien gibt es verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten. In San Daniele gibt es schöne Einkehrmöglichkeiten und historische Gebäude. Alle Mitarbeiter der Ferienunterkunft sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mille grazie!

Een oase van rust midden in een prachtige omgeving en aangeboden door uiterst vriendelijke mensen.

Ontbijtformule is ideaal, vooral voor de eerste dagen. Zodra de winkels in de buurt bekend zijn, is het eenvoudig en praktischer om zelf het ontbijt samen te stellen. Ideale locatie om van daaruit uitstappen te maken met de fiets en/of auto.

Wij kunnen zo direct niets verzinnen. Misschien zou een zwembad of vijver het geheel helemaal volmaakt maken.
