Friuli's Balcony

Perfect location to visit the Grotte di Pradis and the Pozze Smeraldine. Beautiful mountain views. Clauzzeto is just a couple minutes away.

The apartment has just the basics for a comfortable stay. Wi-fi is not reliable at all.

Really comfortable and private facilities, friendly staff, overall a great experience. Bedwas comfy, shower was great, spacious flat for me and my partner.

We will never given the address of the actual room, only the space to drop off the keys. Wish there were more parties in the kitchen, we bought frozen pizza and couldn't cook it so had to do something else for dinner.

Our apartment was very nice and quiet, immersed in the nature. There was everything needed for cooking and eating in if you wish too.

Honestly, beds are a bit uncomfortable and being next to a church with a bell that wakes everyone up at 7 am it’s a bit much sometimes, however nothing that cannot be overcome.

The house is fantastic, well equipped, very cozy and clean. Nice surprise was a barbecue in the garden. The view from balcony is breathtaking! The area is very quiet and perfect for a relax.

it is big and comfortable, there is no one around and the view on the side of the kitchen is nice, you can also walk around the mountains from the apartment.

It is far from restaurants or supermarkets and you need to go up a turning heel for a good amount of time, it can get you dizzy and there is not open space, the backyard is a hole

The porch light was very affective to attract moths (if you're into insect photography).

For the first, we booked a cabin, but received an apartment in a noisy apartment complex. The manager maintains this is a fault of Booking.com, and has happened before. Despite this, he has not apparently addressed the problem, which is that his property is a collection of different photos, and in our case, wrongly attached to the offer we selected. The property had been designated as first floor and wheelchair accessible, it was neither. We had to drag our unusally great amount of baggage up the stairs (which contains medical supplies) to the third floor. Secondly, the apartment we received smelled heavily of mold. There were signs of unrepaired water damage on the walls, which may be causal. Thirdly, there was a poorly equipped kitchen, the gas for the stove did not function, and we were unable to light it. The mananger was unreachable by phone for most of the time. Fourthly, the waterheater was malfunctioning in some way, so our showers were cold. In addition to this, there is serious lack of fire safety, although this may be common in Italy. There are no smoke detectors, no stairs or ladders. We booked four nights, but left after two.

Charming villa with an amazing view and great confort

14 inch TV ! seriously... Dont forget to bring your bug spray, lots of mosquitos, spiders... and also a noisy mouse in the ceiling ! A bit away from everything: 30 min of narrow mountain road to get to the closest city

Clauzetto en Pradis

De locatie was geweldig! Vlak bij de grotten van Praxis di Soto. We waren een dag de enigste gasten in het appartementen gebouw. Je kon door het goede weer genieten van de tuin met banken rondom. De weg ernaartoe was de eerste keer een uitdaging voor ons, maar dat went snel. Prachtig wandelgebied voor de geoefende wandelaars. Het appartement voldeed aan de berwachting op enkele punten na ,

De kwaliteit van de uitrusting in het appartement viel tegen. Veel apparaten werkten niet of niet goed. In eerdere recenties was dit opgemerkt maar er was niet veel mee gedaan. Haardroger, afzuigkap en lampen op de nachtkastjes werkten niet goed of niet. En we konden wel de router voor internet verbinden maar kregen geen geen data door. Ik heb de beheerder niet meer gesproken, maar hoop hiermee dat deze zaken worden opgepakt voor een volgende huurder. Dat is wel zo professioneel, je betaald er voor! De slaapkamer moet beter gelucht worden, het trok er een beetje naar vochtige schimmel. Toch was het al met al een goede ervaring.

Recht sauberes eigenständiges Apartment mit Küche und Geschirrspüler. Angenehmes Bett. Geräumig. Gute Dusche. Meist ruhiges Dörfchen.

Sehr viele Defekte. Anfrage bzgl. WiFi wurde ignoriert. Feuerlöscher war in 2013 letztes Mal gewartet. Strasse zum Apartment nur für geübte Fahrer und nicht mit SUV befahrbar. Defekt war: Geschirrspüler, fast jeder Schrank/Schublade im Erdgeschoss, Licht am Spiegelschrank im Bad, Badezimmertüre (mussten wir mit Stuhl schliessen), Klimaanlage, Kante am Ausziehbett

Potrebbe essere meglio

Nella struttura si trovano vari appartamenti sia al piano terra che al primo piano, è circondata da un giardino con tavoli di legno a disposizione e al primo piano c'è una bella terrazza comune. In generale la struttura è bella e si trova in una bella posizione, Anche l, 'appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato è carino, peccato che alcune cose non funzionassero o fossero molto usurate. A mio avviso con un po' più di cura e attenzione si potrebbe dare un servizio migliore e più adeguato al prezzo che si paga.

Come accennato sopra c'erano diverse cose che non funzionavano, soprattutto in bagno, e gli arredi della sala/cucina erano rotti o molto usurati. Ho telefonato e scritto alla reception per segnalare nel dettaglio tutte le cose che non andavano ma non ho ricevuto risposta a riguardo.

Familienurlaub am "Balkon von Friaul"

Toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen in der Natur, tolle Trails für MTB, Wanderungen, unglaublich schöne Flüsse, Schluchten. Fein ist, dass man ein ganzes Haus für sich hat in einer ruhigen Gegend, sehr zu empfehlen das kleine Geschäft gegenüber der Kirche, mit gutem Kaffee / guter Getränkewahl / Snacks.

Leider war für den Außenbereich kein Tisch verfügbar und in der Küche haben einige ggf brauchbare Utensilien gefehlt, insgesamt wäre für den Außenbereich eine Sitz-Essmöglichkeit sehr nett.

Poteva essere meraviglioso ma...

Posto super tranquillo, ideale per rilassarsi

Troppe cose non andavano bene nella struttura, che avrebbe però un enorme potenziale se si provedesse a fare qualche piccolo accorgimento! Punto 1 la pulizia, non è normale arrivare e trovare il bagno già usato con una traccia di feci. Punto 2 se mettete una TV, assicuratevi che la presa alla quale è collegata funzioni. Punto 3 il riscaldamento in camera non funziona. Purtroppo abbiamo beccato una settimana di pioggia e c'era molto freddo. Punto 4 cambiate l'asciugacappelli! È così consumato che il manico è appiccicoso, ma questo non è neanche il meno visto che si deve tenere dalla testa, non tiene da sola!! Se sistemate queste cose sicuramente la struttura varrà il suo prezzo. Così com'è no onestamente.

Stacco dal caos

È la seconda volta che vengo in questa struttura. La uso come posto per staccarse dal caos della cittá, mi piace tantissimo il fatto che è isolata, ben ristrutturata e ben fornita. La calma e tranquillità che si respira li è qualcosa di impagabile
