Great value for money

Comfortable, clean apartment. We were also able to use the washing machine which was great. Lovely view of the lake from the apartment. Host was very helpful and friendly. Free parking at the property.

Not a dislike at all as we knew this when booking, but something for people to note if they don’t have a car - it is a little bit of a far, uphill walk from town. However, absolutely fine if you have a car 😊

Beautiful location on the top of the mountain and with lake view, very nice apartment equipped with anything you might need and the owner is really pleasant person. The distance to the village is perfectly doable walking with kid in a stroller or bike. Absolutely awesome!

I love all of the things that house and the owner provides. Also the location is excellent because waking up is within lake view and fog... The air is so fresh and pure so is healthy place as well. We are well satisfied even had a business journey.

Absolutely amazing place for vacation

Absolutely amazing place with nice lake view in the middle of miuntains. Brand new fully equiped appartement with flat TV, kitchen and space bathroom. We had lovely vacation in Ai Monti and we will come back really soon. Magdalena the owner is beautiful, kind and helpfull. ❤️ and as a bonus, animals (dogs) are welcome.

A relaxing week for hiking

It’s very quiet and the location is nice. Many nice hiking trails close by.

We stayed a week in an apartment on the 2nd floor. What we‘re missing is something where you can dry up your laundry. You definitely need a car to come here, and the next supermarket is a bit far away.

The location was great, the building and interior were very new and nice. The hostess was very welcoming and accomodating.

Only some minor points: A bit more towels and kitchen utensils and supplies (trash bags etc) would come in handy.

The location is excellent! The host was one of the best we have had. I would stay here every time!

The twins bed mattresses are a little uncomfortable. The kids sleep on the just fine, but my husband and I preferred the full mattress.

Curato, completo, panoramico; si arriva in centro con 20 minuti di passeggiata.

Dopo la prenotazione è stato facilissimo contattare la titolare (molto molto cordiale)per i dettagli. L'appartamento è ampio ed accogliente, ottimo panorama sul lago, cucina completa di tutto quello che serve ad una coppia. Il bagno è separato da una porta, è spazioso e ha la finestra sull'esterno. Il letto ha un buon materasso ma troverete, secondo uno stile abbastanza frequente in montagna, due piumini separati. L'appartamento si trova elevato di circa 100 metri rispetto alla sponda del lago dopo una salita di circa 2 km, e questa è la distanza dal centro di Barcis. Si guadagna, naturalmente, in tranquillità rispetto ai rumori dell'ambiente esterno.

Il contesto in cui è inserita: natura, panorama, quiete L’appartamento è recente, molto ben arredato e con servizi impeccabili. Maddalena, la proprietaria, è una persona gentile e particolarmente disponibile. E poi, gli animali, fra cui gli asinelli, e gli uccellini… una meraviglia!

C’est reposant, la vue est magnifique et les appartements sont bien équipés. La propriétaire est très gentille. Elle est à l’écoute et donne de bons conseils

Peut être rajouter des rideaux vraiment occultants sur toutes les fenêtres des appartements au rez de chaussée ? Sinon c’est parfait !

Si può essere interpreti di una fiaba...

Al mattino, dopo una rilassante e quieta dormita, alzarsi e correre alla finestra per ammirare il panorama: il lago che, nonostante sia stato svuotato in gran parte per lavori, ha mantenuto il suo colore azzurro/verde, gli alberi, il cielo. Consiglio di aprire la finestra e respirare l'aria pulita che circonda questo luogo. Alla sera, dopo un'escursione, entrare nella sauna a infrarossi (alloggio K2),goderne i benefici e poi una doccia rinfrancante. Magdalena è impegnata con le incombenze quotidiane, ma basta chiedere e Lei si occuperà di quanto necessario per rend8 8ere il Vostro soggiorno indimenticabile.

Appartamento accogliente, dotato di tutto il necessario e con una bellissima vista sul lago. Ottima posizione per andare a fare del trekking o passeggiate nella natura. La sauna in camera offre poi la possibilità di godersi un bel momento di relax. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili, consigliato!

Está bien ubicado para ver el lago desde arriba. El apartamento muy limpio y muy bien acondicionado. Un espacio muy tranquilo y en plena naturaleza

Tener en cuenta que los diques del lago están en obras y prácticamente no hay agua… entonces las vistas que promete el alojamiento, dejan mucho que desear

Csodás hely a kikapcsolódásra, feltöltődésre

Kényelmes, nagyon tiszta, csendes, hegyi környezet, a tó közel, túrázáshoz kiváló elhelyezkedés, új, modern felszerelés. Havas időben a megközelítés csak hólánccal. Barcis főutcája ugyan csak kb.1,5 km, de a házig meredek, keskeny hegyi úton kell felkapaszkodni. Mi szerencsére száraz időben voltunk.🙂

Gyenge hangszigetelés, az emeleti apartmanból minden zaj, mozgás lehallatszik. Ez akkor kellemetlen, ha éjszaka élni, zörögni, széket rángatni kedvelő szomszédunk van. Piancavallo sípályái felé van egy 15 km-es út, ami sajnos le van zárva. Így a megközelítés csak 39 km-es kerülő úton lehetséges. Ez csak info mások számára a szálláshely kiválasztásához, és annak akit ez érint. De természetesen ez nem a szállás hibája.
