I guess it’s better in spring and summer time.Not recommended for winter stay, when it’s cold outside

Nice view, when the lake is not empty.But in winter there is only the empty basin of the lake.

There is no heating in the bedroom and the bathroom! We asked and there are no extra heaters at all at the residence. We had to set the room with the aircon for 28 then wait for hours with the doors open to have a less chilly bedroom. The bed had a walley in the middle, was not really comfortable.

The lake view was nice and self check-in

Water was cold. Took awhile for water heater to warm the water but after waiting for a while the hot water only lasted for 5mins. (not even 5mins)

There is not enough warm water to shower for 2 persons and you have to manage for have enough temperature inside the house to stay because there is no proper way to warm the house

The hosts were amazing! They picked us up when we were stranded with no way to get to the property. He location was prime. Right next to the lake and hiking trails and in the town close to all the shops and breakfast locations.

Nice place, nice views. Courteous owners. Not a very touristic area so prices were OK.

A bit far from major attractions (we knew that) but its a nice place to relax in. An air conditioner could do in the bedroom, however to be honest it was still cool (during heatwave) by having the living room A/C on.

Wonderful!

The hosts were so kind and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. The view out the window towards the lake and mountains was wonderful and everything was just a short walk away. I will definitely be back to stay here!

We stayed in the apartment located on the second floor, overlooking the lake, consisting of a living room with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with large shower. The apartment is new, well furnished and clean. Bedroom is oriented to the opposite, quiet side. Perfect for a couple. The owners are very very kind and helpful. Excellent location within walking distance of a restaurant and the town center. Possibility of parking on the street in front of the house.

Caldo, host disponibile, tranquillo, pulito, divano comodo. La vista lago, in teoria, ma al momento (gennaio 2026) è prosciugato per lavori.

Poco fornito (niente microonde, presine, carta forno nè sale, giusto mezzo rotolo di carta igienica, asciugamani striminziti), abbiamo avuto un problema con il boiler dell'acqua calda (che dopo 5 minuti è finita e abbiamo dovuto aspettare un'ora), mancano persiane alla finestra della camera quindi è sempre chiaro.

Funkcjonalny i wygodny apartament

Apartament jest cudownie położony nad samym jeziorem i ma wszystko co potrzebne. Posiada bezpłatny parking pod budynkiem. Kontakt z wynajmującymi bardzo miły. Obiekt jest bardzo psiolubny :)

Spero di tornare a Barcis

Sono arrivato a Barcis, semplicemente pensando ad un appoggio, per poi andare a visitare il giorno seguente la diga del Vajont è ho scoperto invece che questo piccolo paese merita molto di più. Ha un bellissimo lago che mi ha fatto venire assolutamente voglia di tornare a visitare.

Genial para visitar Barcis

Vistas al Lago, ubicacion dentro del pueblo, facilidad de aparcamiento, fogon elèctrico y horno perfecto, anfitriones amables, mesas bajo pèrgolas en jardin compartido, llegamos muy tarde y fueron muy amables por telefono para recoger llave. Ideal para 2 -3 dias.

Falta Menage (de algunos platos solo habia 3), pocas toallas para estar 9 dias (no nos ofrecieron cambiar toallas), escaleras para llegar, no habia tijeras cocina ni cuchillo de pan, el jardin no tenia hamacas ni balancín que si sale en las fotos, un poco pequeño para 4 para tantos dias.

Abbiamo gradito moltissimo trovare il condizionare acceso e l'acqua nel frigo. Davvero una gentilezza in più. Impagabile fare la doccia guardando il lago. Bello il patio all'entrata.

Migliorerei la biancheria pulitissima ma datata. Idem la zona piscina recintata e chiusa.

Curata elegante raffinata in ogni dettaglio. Peccato solo per la luce che entrava in camera al mattino presto mancando gli scuri in camera da letto e peccato per i solai in legno molto rumorosi. Ho dormito molto poco .
