The location. The size of the appartment. Facilities, the appartment has everything you need (laundry machine, dishwasher, fridge appropriate size..), the floor heating. Parking is in front of the door.
The view, the appartment was half- basement, so it was also dark. The lady who came to say goodbye, asked us for 40 eur for linen, which was not communicated to us before, we did not get any receipt for it.

La posizione,vicina al centro ma lontana dal traffico di persone e auto; la composizione delle stanze, comodissima, appartamento nuovissimo dotato di tutti i confort, la piena collaborazione e disponibilità della sig.ra Michela e di suo marito sig. Gabriele.
