Great place, especially the separate apartment was a positive surprise. Great hosts and lovely house. They have 2 lovely dogs that are in their separate area most of the time but they also love to get some pets.

The host was very friendly, the room was nice and clean, the entire property is picturesque and close to town centre. We were happy with the breakfast, though we can imagine someone would like something savory also, croissants were delicious, however.

We missed more electric plugs, since we have quite some appliances that need charging, also a fridge would be nice, but otherwise we were really satisfied and it is a great value for money.

Super nice place! The house and garden are beautiful, the rooms are quiet and comfy. We arrived later than planned and had to leave very early but the hosts were super kind and 1) waited for us to arrive and give us a proper welcome and 2) they prepared everything so we could have a breakfast and coffee before leaving at 4am. Location wise, it's great! Close enough to Sacile. The mountains and the sea are close by if you have a car (less than 1h). The room was perfect for my partner, my dog and I. Breakfast was yummy and included all you might need. We will come back and highly recommend this place!

Hotel keeper was so kind and ready to help. The room was so quiet. And the breakfast simple wonderful. The location is about 1,5km far from Sacile so I could go to the city center on foot.

Unfortunately they don't sell potatoes as stated by booking.com. They breed snails and sell some products from this business.

Very good relation to clients during the stressed situation. Recommended

It was very clean and comfortable. Warm. Cozy. My friend’s credit card didn’t function well. It was some problem with his card. And the hotel’s manager was very patient and delicate. He helped a lot with this problem. I often pay attention on people’s reaction during stress. This manager was the best of the best. I appreciate very much so good relation to clients and I will stay there again. Fully recommended!

This impeccable property is set in a beautiful location, convenient to shops and restaurants. The staff is "molto gentile" - very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and private. They have beautiful farm animals on the property and two gorgeous border collies that greet guests (we wanted to bring them home). Great place!

The breakfast offerings could have been a bit more generous, perhaps including fresh fruit from their home farm.

Absolutely lovely family run hotel for a holiday with your family, friends or even worl

They keep animals on site and my daughter loved it. Staff was just lovely and the room was squeaky clean. They also put a crib in the room for my kids without us having to ask for it!

The breakfast was a bit simple. Although they had a plate with apples, I would have loved more fruits and fresh bread (I should add however, that being swiss I'm spoiled rotten when it comes to fresh bread in Switzerland, so this expectation is usually only met in Germany or Switzerland)

Wir waren auf der Durchreise, nett empfangen und wir hatten auch Platz genug für unsere Roller. Frühstück klein, aber fein und für uns hat es wunderbar gepasst( ital. Frühstck)

Wir haben nichts zu meckern. Was Matratzen angeht war sie für meinen Geschmack ein bisschen zu hart! Ein Topper hätte das Problem gelöst. Aber dies ist kein Minuspunkt, Matratzen sind immer Geschmacksache. Ich hab trotzdem gut geschlafen.

Minden tökéletes volt. A helyszín csendes és zöld övezetben van, rendkívül igényes környezetben. Magánparkolóval. A házigazda szintén rendkívül figyelmes, leste minden kívánságunkat. A nyelvtudás hiánya sem okozott problémát amiért őszintén hálásak vagyunk. Segített asztalt foglalni az étteremben. A szállás tökéletesen tiszta és minden részletében igényes. Mi nagyon jól éreztük magunkat meleg szívvel ajánlom.

Fine settimana ai laghi

Immobile completamente ristrutturato, molto pulito e funzionale. Gestori accoglienti, premurosi e flessibili; disponibili ad eventuali richieste. Location immersa nel verde e nel silenzio, nonostante la statale sia a due passi.Ottima posizione per raggiungere agevolmente Vittorio Veneto ed il lago di Santa Croce . Sicuramente da consigliare!

Bellissima struttura, molto verde, curatissima, stanze pulitissime, garage x bici, ampio cortile, appena fuori dal centro. Personale gentilissimo. Molto utili le indicazioni sulle trattorie. Buona la colazione

Ottima posizione 5 minuti in macchina e raggiungi il centro .Sei vicino alla strada ma in mezzo ad un campo e non si sente rumore. Colazione ottima ho chiesto anche il latte senza lattosio e mi hanno accontentata.
