Beautiful place, very kind stuff, very mean landlady

The surroundings are absolutely stunning, the rooms are very nice and the breakfast was very tasty as well! It’s a family owned business, and the dad and the two sons were very helpful and joyful every time we saw them. We really appreciated there kind personality!!

The lady was so grumpy all the time, you couldn’t do good in her eyes. She didn’t properly established the “rules” in the beginning and we got told off several times for not doing what she thought obvious. We could use the terrace to hang out in the evening, and there were glasses put out in the room by the terrace which we used, and she properly scolded us for doing so. Like if she’d told us we couldn’t use them beforehand. There’s only one tiny fridge for the whole place in a separate room, which we could use. In the evening we went to get our stuff from the common fridge but there was a man eating in there, so she ran after us absolutely furious, saying that when that man is eating there we’re not allowed to enter that room. I found it ridiculous since the use of the fridge was included in the price, so we should be able to get our personal stuff out of there any time of the day. But honestly it would’ve alright for us not to enter the room while someone was eating there, if she’d let us know previously about this situation and wouldn’t have told us off like if we’d committed a crime. I apologised several times and she didn’t even bother to say no worries or something. (I spoke to her in Italian as well so there was no problem with language barriers…) Another problem is that once you close your door the only way to open it from the outside is with your key. Obviously we’re not used to such doors, so when my 91 old granpa accidentally closed the door without taking the key with him at night we were in quite a pickle. We managed to get the lady but of course she was yet again furious and at first she was reluctant to help. I think if you have these kinds of doors you at least have to give two keys to the guests. Or be happily ready if they accidentally leave their only key inside.

Very good, but shower not clean

The agriturismo is very nicely located around vineyards and few minutes drive from the center of the cute town of Oderzo. Breakfast was also good.

The only negative point was the condition of the shower. There was mold practically everywhere. It is unacceptable for me to have mold, no matter how cheap the place is.

Great little find

This place was a nice surprise. It was a bit out of town but we had a car so didn’t mind the drive. We had lovely views of the grapevines from our rooms and the breakfast area. So peaceful. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was really good with the cakes made by the owner - yum. They were all friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay

Quiet place with a view to Alps

Very special place, if you want to be close to the city, but to live in a quiet area outside. El Sesterzio is located few hundred meters behind the city border, but still very close to the center. House is quiet and clean. With free of charge parking for gests. Very kind owner will serve you breakfast on terasse with a view to Alps. Greatest mornings I ever had in Italy.

I can't suggest anything to change as everything was perfect.

Very nice place for a stay.

I was in a fight with a mosquito during the night. Caught it at one point but I received 10 + bites and lost some hours of sleep. Otherwise, it was fantastic 😍

Very rich and tasty breakfast, we loved the “salt” selection a lot. Good place for 1-2 nights. Friendly and very helpful staff.

A bit strict rules when it comes to heating and allowed temperature in the room. Also breakfast is till 9:30 and pretty early check out - strictly at 10am.

Exceptional

We were only there for a short time, staying there only for a night. We arrived quite late, but the hosts were very accommodating and waited for us, they very nice! The terrace looks amazing, it's a pity we couldnt enjoy the villa more, but maybe next time. We could here other guests through the walls, but it didnt bother us.

Heartily recommend!

Nice, large, well-kept facility in a quiet, peaceful and beautiful area. Convenient on-site parking. Very nice and understanding owners, they let us come very late. We appreciate it very much, it is very important when traveling. A very comfortable, clean and interestingly decorated room with a clean, tidy bathroom. Breakfast with a lot of choice, Italian and continental, with delicious homemade cakes. Highly recommended, great place for a short or long stay.
