The location is good
We booked the place for 5 nights (24th-29th). The first night around midnights the emergency lights came on waking everybody. We spent an hours trying to understand what was happening. We realize it was the water heater. We shut it off. Contacted the owner. The day after was Christmas. He checked and the water heater was was broken. No way to fix it until the 27th. We remained for those days without hot water and hot shower. No possibility to change place. He gave us a small refund for the inconvenience and moved to a different room on the 27th. We packed and moved next door. We had to wait until they finished cleaning. The place was not for 3people. We were given 1 double and 1 children bed. We are three adults. No sleep that night. We decided to leave a day in advance for all the inconvenience and impossibility to sleep decently. We asked, and got, the last night refunded. The place is very dusty. The first apartment has a few inches of dust under the bed and coming out of the heating air system. The kids bed provided had yellow stains on the sheets . Really uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. I am from Italy and specifically from the town and this is the first time I have such a terrible stay while going back to visit my family

Buona posizione scarsa cura degli ambienti e delle comodita'.sicuramente
La zona era centrale e tranquilla
La camera/cucina uno stanzone troppo grande spoglio e un po' squallido. Il bagno non era riscaldato ed ho rinunciato a fare la doccia. Il letto è troppo basso per le persone non giovani come me, il materasso molto scomodo.

Mansardina per due
Il proprietario è stato molto cordiale nel lasciarci mettere le bici nel giardino.
Abbiamo prenotato per tre, ma il posto chiaramente era pensato per due persone. Per la terza persona mancavano infatti asciugamani, stoviglie e anche le sedie. Il letto aggiuntivo era gonfiabile e bucato.
