The owner met us by themself, a very kind and positive man. He really loves his job and his business. He spoke with us and explained what we have here. We arrived around 9 p.m. The restaurant was closed, but the owner proposed to us prosciutto, ham, bread, and of course, wine. I am very glad I met this guy. He was busy organizing a party, but he found enough time and hospitality for us.

An unannounced party ruined our stay.

The staff was very nice, the ambient and the property were beautiful. Breakfast very good.

The room in evening was cold, they say the heating cant be turned on, ok, not so big issue, we were 2 nights. Last evening was terrible because there was an organized party which they forgot to tell us about. It was a nightmare and especialy with a 1,5 years old baby! We and the baby couldnt sleep. The baby cried and each time i go down trying to stop the very laud music the workers were realy sorry but they couldnt stop it as was planned. They offer us a second room after many hours of that nightmare. Didnt help. This review is for the owner: you have to decide in what business you are. You cant have a party while you accommodate people.

beautiful property with pool, restaurant and garden which is surrounded by vineyards. is tastefully designed. Ideal for visiting this area. Also, I would like to point out the great hospitality of the employees who tried their best to make our stay even more pleasant.

This place is worth recommending

First of all, it is not far from the exit from the highway, so going towards the south you do not have to specially deviate from the route. In addition, friendly service and delicious food. The place is very quiet and charming.

I didn't notice anything to dislike - well, okay the day I was there it was raining so this could possibly fall into that category :)

One of the nicest places places I have been to, although just for one night. Beautiful and spacious accommodation, in harmony with nature and history around. Great tasty dinner, breakfast, selection of drinks, very friendly stuff.

Wow factor but don’t tell everyone - keep it a secret.

Niki, our host was so welcoming - from the start nothing was too much trouble for her. Added to that she is very knowledgable about local and regional food, wines, attractions etc. breakfast was stunning! Every day, a feast laid out beautifully on our table. The building was exquisitely restored from an old farm house, and beautiful and sympathetically decorated with rustic touches, without ever looking shabby - Italian style 100%. The grounds are fab too, a great pool, wooded area to explore with kids playground and a terrace deck, and 2 lovey covered eating places near the pool bar. One, a fully thatched open sided barn. The place is about 40mins from the airport. Venice is easy to get to from a number of nearby train stations with free parking- don’t drive there’s no point. The quiet country location is perfect for someone looking for access to busy bustling Venice, and a wonderful peaceful escape to come home to. The rooms are classy, comfortable and all air conditioned.

Mixed experience

We have been coming back after a very nice and pleasnt stay in 2017 and 2018. Everything looked good. The place, the garden with swimming pool and the rooms are still very nice, but....

....today this place is more public space, then a place to relaxing stay. The garden and the swimimg pool were full of not accommodated people. The restaurant we used to know is gone. In our opinion, also the attitude of the hotel manager was strange to say the least. We felt like we were not welcoming. In the hotel didn't work air conditioner, and the solving this problem was unsatisfactory for us. We appreciate the staff's approach (breakfast preparation, cook, maid). They were very polite a nice.

It is new, very clean and peaceful with a great breakfast and super nice staff, the pool is currently under construction. We loved the fact that they have a house dog that roams around the ground floor area. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the stay overall, would stay here once again

Perfect location – surrounded by fields, clean rooms and territories, fully equipped with everything we needed, including air conditioning, also swimming pool and exceptionally friendly personal.

We stayed during the weekend and our room (Germano suite) was exactly above the restaurant, where a wedding and other celebrations were happening. We could hear the music and voices as we would seat at the table with guests, there is no sound-isolation due to ventilation holes in the wall. So my recommendation is to not choose this suite, especially if you travel with kids. The breakfast was quite small, without any buffet and all the same every day. no fruits or vegetables.

We were looking for a nice and quiet country place, yes, it looked nice and clean, but…

… it was very noisy. We has inqired first about a quiet room, and they told us to change for another one - a (more expensive) suite with „garden view“. So we did. But in fact ALL the rooms are facing a small but well travelled road with noisy traffic all the time as the cars go fast and the road is just a few meters away. Moreover: Loudspeaker music till midnight and noisy smokers from the restaurant in front of the windows till 2pm. The „sound proof“ windows were no good. So it did not become a pleasant stay unfortunately.

The breakfast is exceptional. Never had such a good breakfast in a B&B , the restroom is clean and new.

It’s a pity that in the room there is no place to seat ,only one chair, if you travel as a couple , then another person must seat on the bed. Also the mattress makes lots of noise.

The perfect week in Veneto

- The hotel is a Bed&Breakfast, but you can also eat lunch or dinner there. Every single time the cook made the most delicious meal! We highly recommend eating there. The menu was different every evening, with some new suggestions. And if you wanted, the cook could even make specials that weren’t on the menu. - It is the perfect place to stay. We went to the lagunes of Venice, Caorle, Treviso, Valdobbiadene, and so on. All of these within a 30 or 45 min drive. Thanks to the advice and tips of Francesco. - There is a shop outlet and supermarket only 5 min away by car. - The room (airone) was very comfortable, modern and clean. We loved it. - Every time we arrived back at the Hotel, it felt like coming home. The B&B is perfectly located to give you that homely feeling and you can really relax there. - The swimming pool was surrounded by vineyards and very clean. The pool bar was great as well! - The friendliness of all the staff, they make you feel at home and they are all super nice.

Il fatto che il sabato sera nel ristorante c’era una festa e la musica è continuata fino all’età 2 di mattina. Non si possono organizzare delle feste fini alle 2 se si hanno degli ospiti che giustamente devono dormire nelle camere sopra

Das Frühstück war Reichhaltig und gut. Das Hotel sehr ruhig und sehr Sauber. Das Personal sehr Freundlich. Man kann das Hotel wirklich empfehlen.

Beim Duschen um 8.00 früh wurde das Wasser nur Lauwarm. Und die Heizung konnten wir leider nicht kleiner stellen. Aber besser zu warm als zu Frieren

Struttura molto affascinante dal punto di vista architettonico, ha ricevuto una massiccia ristrutturazione dove a mio modesto e personalissimo parere sono riusciti a creare un giusto connubbbio, su cio' che era lo stabile e cio' che vuole essere, ma come in tutte le cose quel "quid" in più lo danno le persone, sono stato accolto al mio arrivo dalla Sig.ra Perla, ha saputo subito mettermi a mio agio, iper-professionale, cordiale e comunicativa, ha saputo spiegarmi in pochi passaggi il funzionamento della struttura, i servizi ed i passaggi per ingresso ed uscita dalla proprietà, molto ben tenuta e particolarmente affascinante nonostante sia immersa nella campagna Veneta.
