Good hotel, great breakfast, not so family friendly

Hotel was very nice, super big and clean room. Breakfast was great!

The workers at the reception was not very kind! The price was at the end higher at the booking, they had charged us extra 50e for one night for one kid (althought we choose 2 Kids at booking)!

Great hotel for shortening your long trip

Great hotel for visiting outlet in Noventa di Piave, or for sleep over during long trips. Our room was very clean and spacious.

Rooms are a bit outdated, but they were very clean.

Relatively near to the hospital I had to visit

There were no dining facilities in the evening ( as far as I could ascertain nothing but breakfast.) Some of us are quite old and having to venture out for an evening meal ( while staying in a 4* hotel ) is very unusual.

That the parking was close to the hotel. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was nice.

It was a strong perfumed smell in the hallway and rooms and it was really bringing on a headache because of the strong smell. The rooms was not very clean, the toiletshower wall was moldy and wasn’t very clean. A true dissapointment!

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room.

Breakfast was very poor. Boiled eggs never in 2 days were warm, they are taken from fridge. Same with pancakes - they are taken out of fridge, because cooked day before - this was proven by personel. The other food which is supposed to be fresh cooked like scrambled eggs, boiled sausagges - all is cold :(

We reserved room with large double bed, we get two singles. There was also something wrong with the upper floor, because the ceiling was all wet and the water dropping all night on the side bed table and floor. The room was not very clean, inside of duvet covers was old itchy blankets.

Warning: you can be locked out from main door at night

Pro: The room was good.

Cons: The hotel does not give the main door key to any customer and this caused me a very bad experience. First problem: At check-in (morning) nobody told me that the hotel was completely locked at night. This info is not even written on the website or in room documents. Sincerely I usually go in different hotels that do not lock the main door so I was not expecting such situation in Best Western. Second problem: At night, the hotel is locked like Disneyland and to enter, you can just guess to try 2 bell rings. I tried ringing both rings with force, but nobody opened me. I tried screaming inside the glass door, and doing big toc-toc on the glass doing very much noise, nothing. I started climbing the emergency exits up to the last floor, screaming, without success (sometime the emergency exits are opened/obstructed by towel stuff, that's why I tried). Then, I tried again ringing and screaming and doing flash signals with my phone. Then, after the water irrigators started firing on me from the garden; screaming and ringing and flashing, then somebody opened me, after 40 minutes outside. Third problem: The next day, I just tried to explain the problem to a staff member at reception, very kindly. As reply, the staff put 100% of the responsibility to myself (e.g. "Yeah we were very very busy, it can happen, we lock the door when the operator go in other parts. But why haven't you called number XYZ?"). I felt so much bad for such answer. Nobody tried to say me something nice, understanding that I paid in advance, and I wad not able to reach my badroom. They just said "Yeah it's your fault you should know this number". In short: The staff SHOULD never lock the main door just because the staff want to abandon the check-in area at night. If they do, staff MUST leave a valid direct phone number on the main door, not just the generic abandoned phone number.
