Charming Italian hotel for short stay

Good hostel in a good location, but overall a disappointment

We only spent one night here, the elderly gentleman at the reception was very nice, which compensated a little for the disappointment caused by the hotel. We have been to many hostels, but we do not plan to come back here, even though its facilities are very good. The building is nice from the outside, it is located in the center, but inside it is already worn out, a renovation would do a lot for it.

We chose a room with a balcony in the hotel. However, we didn't get it, although I think there was only one other guest in the room besides us. I told the receptionist my problem and showed him the reservation, but he didn't understand. If I knew, I would choose the cheapest room, not the suite, because it's still good to sleep without a balcony. So it wasn't really worth it for me. The room and the hotel could do with a renovation, everything here is from the 80s. In the morning, while waiting for hot water, I had to run the water for 2 minutes to take a shower, I think it was because I got up early. Overall, it was a disappointment, and the extra price for the suite wasn't worth a single euro.

Great for a quick stop for dinner and shopping.

The hotel is in a nice an calm place, in a private garden with very easy parking and walking distance access to the downtown of Noventa. It has a bit outdated charm but it's well equipped luxury of the 90' is well maintained :).

The staff doesn't speak English and the price is a little higher than I'd expect.

The size of the room, the staff was very unfriendly, according to the website the property was pet friendly, but according to the stuff a guest had to call first to get the confirmation that a dog is allowed!?

A quiet and convenient villa.

A conveniently located hotel for Marco Polo airport and the autostrade. The town is not very attractive but there is an excellent pizza restaurant called "Cin Cin" within walking distance.

Hotels are hotels...What makes it different is the service you get. Coming in with a dog and walking into the room to see that there was a bowl, food and treats was totally unexpected and very welcome. Taking care of my wife's gluten free requirements without asking was also very nice touch.

Very nice looking hotel in quit neighbourhood and also so close to highway and shopping outlet. I would say the best option in the town if you want more peace and less people around you. Staff was helpful, breakfast was nice and room was comfortable.

A Really Nice Place to Stay In

The breakfast was amazing even for me because I'm celiac. Full of different fresh and not processed foods. Really good.

Unfortunately, due to Italian laws, the temperature inside the room was not aligned whit my needs.

Just the perfect place for the traveller!

It was a pleasant surprise in this sleepy hamlet on our travel route. Situated close to the freeway, downtown, shopping - nothing else can be desired. The staff went beyond what was required to make our stay memorable. Needless to say, we'll be back again!

Staff were really friendly. The hotel was clean.

The quadruple room is advertised as suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. It said on Booking.com that it has 2 large double beds. When we got there it only had 1 large bed and a single. we needed to sleep with one of our kids. This needs to be sorted by the hotel as it’s an issue.
