Perfect.

This place is magnificante! And householders as well, specially Mrs Maria - she takes care about every detail, even she gives you a help with great restaurants and very good food with proper prices. You really feel welcome and warm with your whole family. Breakfast was also excelent with everything you need, rooms very nice and cozy and very, very clean. We reccomend it to everyone and for sure, this is our new spot to come again! Thank you once again Mrs Maria for your kind spirit and thanks to your as well, very kind staff for this beautifull Experience. Made our trip perfect!

The service was unbelievably good: everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. In particular, Marie and Rosaria stood out with their kindness, professionalism, and caring attitude. Their politeness and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel completely at home. It’s rare to find a place where everything comes together so perfectly — accommodation, service, and the people. We left with wonderful memories and can’t recommend it highly enough.

Peaceful accommodation outside Venice

Large spotlessly clean rooms in a building that appears to be brand new. Nice pool and sunbathing area. Quiet semi-rural location.Generous breakfast of cereals and pastries. Marie is a very helpful and responsive host.

Not an issue for us, but probably not a great location for people without a car/motorbike.

Amazing hospitality

Everything was perfect! The bed was great, it was quiet in the room, and there were blinds on the windows, so the room was completely dark at night. The whole place was very clean, breakfast was lovely, and everyone was very nice and welcoming.

Perfect small and cozy hotel, which exceeded my expectations!

I liked everything about this small hotel. Rooms were very clean and nicely designed, bed super comfortable. Breakfast was good and stuff super friendly and helpful. Pool was also really nice and area around the hotel was quiet. So I highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back!

Just perfect!

We stayed here as a family with a small child. Everything was wonderful! The instructions were clear, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Breakfast, hospitality, atmosphere, and conditions — all were top-notch! We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the warm welcome, and see you again!

Nice place.I recommend it with no hesitation.

The location its set in a small village,30 km from Lido di Jesolo and Caribe bay,45 km from Venice,5km from outlet store,set in a very quiet place,50m from the main local road.We traveled with our own car and this was convenient.The villa its a old house refurbished 100% with a very nice taste,the furniture and equipment was top class.Everithing was new and working of course.The staff and the owner ar very nice,especially mr Emil who helped us with all kind of tips regarding the area (Romanian hospitality),in one day he drived us to the trains station for Venice,very kind man.The bed was confortable and spacious.The bathroom big and well equiped.We had everithing we needed.I recomend this place for every person who wants to explore Veneto area (the best way its to bring or rent a car).

The breakfast needs to be improved.My recomendation its to have some fresh/hot products like:boiled egs,scrumbled egs,etc. Normal things that you find in all the hotels who serve breakfast.This was the only minus for this place.

Super accomodation in Calvecchia

Ca' Barbieri is a really nice accomodation between the highway and the see. Super kind host and staff. The house is old, but after the reconstruction everything is new and very modern. You can smell the new furniture. :) The breakfast is really good. I can high recommend this house for everyone.

htjeli smo smještaj nedaleko Venecije, te smo izabrali objekat koji je nudio parkiralište, doručak i blizinu željezničkog kolodvora. Objekat nas je oduševio, ponuđen nam je prelazak u bolju jedinicu bez nadoplate iako je nama naša jedinca bila izvrsna i u njoj smo i ostali. svaki detalj objekta napravljen što estetski što korisno. Doručak sve što treba biti, slatko, slano, kava, čajevi, sokovi, voće. ambijent autentičan, mir i tišina, a opet sve u blizini. i na kraju, šlag na tortu je uslužnost vlasnice i osoblja, Bez njih ova priča ne bi bila zaokružena. Sve potrebne informacije, kako doći, ući u objekat, gjde jesti, što jesti, konkretno i korisno. Sitnice (koje baš i nisu sitne) život ispunjavaju, a vas čine boljima od drugih, hvala od ❤️

Un perfetto soggiorno nella campagna veneta, fuori dalla pazza folla ma vicino a tanti luoghi belli.

Location molto Bella. Casale ristrutturato di recente in maniera eccellente, con soluzioni architettoniche molto accurate e finiture perfette. la gestione è stata attenta e sempre presente. La colazione buona e varia, servita in un locale comune con finiture accurate e elegante. malgrado la giornata pessima per il maltempo, all' interno della struttura siamo stati benissimo.

Oduševio me boravak kod gospođe Marie. Iznenadila sam se koliko je obkekt prekrasan, uredan, čist a domaćin pun informacija o sadržaju i odličnim lokalima u blizini. Po preporuci smo otišli na pizzu koja je bila odlična. Svakako ću ponovo posjetit i uživati u unutarnjem bazenu i sauni.

Colazione adeguata, affettato (prosciutto e prosciutto cotto) di taglio freschissimo, buoni e profumati. Ottima frutta fresca. Cameriera gentilissima e informata su tutte le opportunità della struttura attuali e future. Ambienti luminosi e ben arredati, pulitissimi.

Non mi sono piaciuti il lampadario della sala da pranzo e il fatto di dover fare il cappuccino dalla macchina automatica. Mi piacerebbe l'accoglienza di qualcuno all'arrivo anzichè tutto automatizzato.
