Lovely but not quiet due to the bar downstairs

The property is absolutely beautiful, the front bedroom is huge and the bathroom is absolutely lovely. Station is about a 20min walk, but super easy to get into Venice for the day. Giorgio is very lovely. I was able to checkin early too. The cafe over the road (pedestrianised) called Oasi del Caffè Brasiloro does fab coffee, pastries and biscuits.

The property is above a bar, Osteria Malanotte, which has opening times until 2am. You can hear the bar from the front bedroom on the first floor, so either give in and join in or take really really good earplugs unless this is not something that would bother you. Parking - be really careful where you park. Check and double check there is no carnival or other processions on the main road, as it will be closed and they will tow your car. (200 euro fee, plus parking fine) Market day is Monday so do not park in the main car park behind the Church or the surrounding roads or your car will be towed.

Great experience.

It is in a centre of San Dona di Piave, pedestrian zone, so there is a lot of every by walking distance. Villa looks so filmic and elegant. Breakfast is special experience with georgeous dinning room. Our host was very kind and cooperative about everything we need.

amazing historical villa located in the city center with beautiful view on the main square. We felt royal and the host Giorgio was super kind and helpful. We would recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Not as warm as we would have preferred to Unfortunately, not due to owner’s fault, there is a very loud cafeteria downstairs that on Friday and Saturday has music extra loud until 1am…so good luck with sleeping well

Amazing Night in a stunning B&B

Everything about Palazzina Mori is excellent, the building and everything in it is stunning, I would love to stay here 10 more times , we only spent one night but that one night was enough to fall in love with this beautiful B&B !! The beds are like sleeping on the clouds !!

The most beautiful, elegant and immaculate place I have ever stayed.

This was the most beautiful and luxurious B&B I have ever been to. The place is absolutely beautiful! Immaculate, decor is elegant yet comfortable, private roof deck, balconies, floor to ceiling doors and windows, just gorgeous! It does come with a bit of noise being located above a cafe, but when doors are closed, noise is not an issue. Breakfast was wonderful, hosts as well. Highly, highly recommend! !

A Most Wonderful Experience

Giorgio is a wonderful host and goes out of his way to ensure a most pleasurable stay. He personally ensured that we were able to properly park our car off street and provided us with ample recommendations for dinner. A most charming and genuine owner of this gorgeous home.

gorgeous b&b in a pleasant city near Venice

it truly is luxurious. beautiful furnishings, a large communal living room, dining room and patio, plus a private patio off each bedroom. great breakfast and a friendly and helpful host. another plus is that it’s an easy 1/2 hour drive to the Venice airport.

What a pleasure to stay. This is not a 10, but an 11. I felt like a princess sleeping in a small palace. Beautiful decoration, very clean, lovely breakfast and very nice people. We stayed in so many places allover the world. This one will definately in our top 3.

Soggiornare in questo B&B ospitato in una palazzina d’epoca è stata un’esperienza semplicemente indimenticabile. Sin dal primo momento, si respira l’atmosfera magica del passato: affreschi originali e pezzi d’arredo d’epoca perfettamente conservati… ogni dettaglio racconta una storia. La camera era un perfetto connubio tra fascino antico e comfort moderno: letto comodissimo, bagno impeccabile e quiete assoluta, nonostante la posizione centralissima. Al risveglio, la colazione servita nell’elegante salone è stata un vero momento di poesia: prodotti freschi, dolci fatti in casa e frutta di stagione.
