Excellent venue, central and easy to find, private room was clean and air conditioned - vital in summertime Venice. Staff was responsive on the phone and accommodating as required - perfect for my needs.
Shared area not perfect but honestly in Venice I am not going to be eating at home!!

True old Venetian house, ac was working perfectly in heatwave. Clean bedsheets, and all facilities available: the hair dryer, the kitchenette on the ground floor, and even if the bathrooms were shared, we never had a queue, and it was always clean. Location is superb. We stayed one night and it was amazing! The owner/manager is very helpful.
