It was an easy self check in. The room had a good feel about it, the bed was comfortable, the location was great, cooking facilities and coffee machine were good, the room was nicely presented, clean and spacious enough for our needs. I enjoyed our stay.
We had light luggage luckily, but walking up the steeper stairs to get in might be a bit more difficult for other people. Theres nothing else. We were happy with our stay in general.

Great location.
Tiny room and the AC for the common area where you check in and relax with friends was supposedly broken, but the problem was it wasn't turned on at the unit.

Location was excellent very accessible to all attractions. Bedroom space and shower room all very clean and comfortable and very thoughtfully laid out to maximise utilisation of all space. Boats handy. Staff contactable and responded quickly. Check in was smooth. Toiletries were a nice touch as was the fridge in the room. The kitchen area was ideally located outside the room with tap with cold water for drinking,kettle and coffee machine and pods. All together a wonderful little place.
The only negative I have is the stairs are very narrow and it would be good to give forewarning re large luggage and very narrow stairs. We were also the very top floor so definitely quite a challenge.

The administrators were quite helpful, good in communication, helped us find the apartment. The kitchen and dining area were convenient. It was possible to leave the suitcases after checkout.
It was difficult to find the apartment. The address at booking.com and google map was misleading. We lost a lot of energy and nerves to reach the apartment. Also the noise isolation is bad. We could not sleep because the guests in the room above were walking.
