Great location - short walk from Rialto bridge and main sights, lots of places to eat nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Private room was clean and well maintained, great for the price of places in Venice!

The property was clean and convenient to walking around the city.
The property was incredibly loud as we were awaken each morning before 7am by loud noises. This included dollying of deliveries up and down steps, dropping crates of beverages as well as hauling and dropping wheelbarrows of cement.
