The room was set up for 5 people it was smaller and different than the pictures. I was initially not happy, the check in was not as easy but partially it was my fault. Once I seen how clean and thoughtful the things provided were it changed my mind. The location is great the room had everything we needed. Please note there’s about 3 stairs to go up.

The location was perfect and an easy walk from the train station. I’m impressed with the conact Nicole made in ensuring we had a comfortable stay Venice is awesome an this is a perfect base.

I traveled with 2 kids and a grandma. Grandma had a bit of a hard time getting up 4 flights of stairs.
