Très bon emplacement proche du pont rialto et de la place Saint Marc
Communication très fluide avec le propriétaire, le check in étant à 15h on a pu déposé nos bagages avant et à partir de 14h30 nous avons reçu toutes les informations concernant la chambre, très facile à comprendre
La suite présidentielle est très grande, avec un lit king size nous avons très bien dormi, le plus de cette chambre est la douche qui évite d’aller dans la salle de bain commune
La chambre est équipé du clim et d’un frigo très pratique pour un mois d’août

Das Ambiente war sehr gut, die Lage in einem nicht überlaufenen Viertel auch. Die Zimmer sind groß und mit alten geschmackvollen Möbeln ausgestattet. Das alles ohne persönlichen Kontakt und Rezeption.
Die Küche war zum Teil unzweckmäßig ausgestattet, der Messerblock etwas schmuddelig, das Cerankochfeld so angebraucht, dass man den Kopf einziehen musste. Einige Gäste waren sehr laut ...

Зручне розташування. Чисто. Дуже добра комунікація з адміністратором. Швидко відповідь і допомога. Великий плюс, що є можливість залишити речі після виселення або при швидкому заїзді.
Нам не повезло із сусідами. Трошки були шумні.
