Lions Venice Guest house

Gostei muito da casa, ampla, sala de estar agradável, cozinha funcional, arejado, e com uma excelente localização. Me senti numa casa verdadeiramente italiana. Valeu muito a experiência, região tranquila, central, e quarto de tamanho excelente.

Não ter ferro de passar roupa, e o disjuntor de energia cair muito por conta do uso de vários condicionadores de ar na casa. O colchão era muito mole, não era confortável, mas o quarto de forma geral atendeu as expectativas da mesma forma.

Sijainti oli hyvä: ei suuria turistilaumoja + paikallista elämää, mutta toisaalta käyntikohteet eivät sijainneet aivan lähellä: on oltava valmis kävelymatkoihin.

Tuli vaikutelma, että paikka on vähäisellä huolenpidolla. Majoitustilojen komeat nimitykset (sviitti , premium...) tuntuvat hullunkurisilta. Majoituskohteen vanhuus ja vaatimattomuus eivät ole ongelma, jos niistä ei ole haittaa majoittumiselle. Savuttomassa huoneessani oli pinttynyt tupakan haju. Viittä (vai kuutta?) huonetta kohti oli vain yksi wc + kylpyhuone, mikä tuntuu kovin vähältä silloin, jos kaikki huoneet ovat käytössä -nyt eivät onneksi olleet. Olen ollut Venetsiassa aiemminkin korkean sesongin aikana saman hintaluokan paikassa eikä tämänkertainen yltänyt läheskään samaan.

Location was excellent, nice neighbourhood with shops and cafes, easy to reach by boat or walking. In the living room there was a balcony with a nice view, very cosy. Comfortable beds, except for the sofabed. We could leave our bags after check-out in a storage room.

The landlord forgot to provide bedsheets for the third guest, which I booked later. When I texted them in the evening, they were very helpful, so we found bedsheets in a storage closet but no duvet. The next day I notified the landlord again, but nobody came to fix the problem. I was surprised that I was left to solve this problem on my own (we found some blankets). The biggest problem though was the single toilet for 5 rooms, located in the bathroom. This made our stay a bit uncomfortable.
