Good place, Good room. Affordable. The rooms gets serviced everyday.
Bathroom can be a bit better. The lift starts from level 1. So if you are carrying heavy luggage you got to lift it yourself until level 1 due to shops being at ground floor.

The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The room was small but was still very comfortable for two nights. The location is perfect for exploring the city and is in a quiet area
It wasn’t very clear that the reception was in a different building. I could have missed one of the instructions but we only got told by another customer who had the same issue as us

Location ,location! So close to the station and Piazzale Roma. Clean, small rooms but absolutely adequate.

It was in a great location, the Canareggio district was easily accessible, which had lots of lovely cafes and bars. It was a short, 5-minute walk from the Guglie water taxi stop, which runs to the airport. It was easy to walk into the centre of town, or to get the vaporetto.
They had luggage storage for before/after your stay, and a little fridge in the communal area to store food. The staff on the front desk were really friendly.
There was a kettle in the room, but no tea/coffee-making facilities were provided. Also, no proper cups or glasses, just paper ones, which seems quite wasteful. The room was very basic and the bathroom was tiny. The lift wasn't working (which seems to be a regular thing, judging from other reviews!) so I had to drag my suitcase up to the third floor up lots of steps.
