    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was very clean and spacious—perfectly comfortable for a solo traveler. I also really appreciated the convenient location, as it’s close to Venezia Santa Lucia terminal, making it easy to get around. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, so finding good food was never a problem. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and ideal location.💙

    The reception is very helpful, there is no lift to the check in counter and to room, the guy offer us to help bring down our luggage during check out… overall is ok.

    This hotel has exceptional and friendly staff. During check in, the hotel staff would introduce different attractions and venice and would offer help. The room was small but clean, air conditioning was sufficient. For this price, the value is very good.

    It's very close to the metro station, and it's easy to commute to most places on the island. It's very close to at least two vaporetto stations, and the restaurant downstairs is pretty good. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room is a bit small, but very clean. Air con works great. They even helped me keep my luggage until my time for my train to leave Venice. Overall great stay!
