    Hotel good. Location excellent. No problem . But rates exorbitant in view of all the facilities. Nice to stay here. I would recommend to stay here . If dates are confirmed book in advance. 9 out of 10

    Absolutely great location, very convenient to walk from train station just 2 minutes, room is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is just acceptable.

    As a GHA platinum member, I often booked NH hotel during my European trip. When I made room reservation in this hotel, I provided the GHA membership number. When I arrived, they claimed that they didn’t receive the information and told me that since I booked via Agoda, I can’t enjoy any membership benefits like free upgrade or late check out etc, without even checking. After my complaint, the concerige lady did help me arrange a room upgrade in less than a minute. I am disappointed with their unwillingness to help attitude. If the hotel was full and therefore not able to help, I understand. But that’s clearly not the situation.
